Great company! I have used Priority for over 15 years. They will try to get best price from the best company is in the market for you. We got great cover and reimbursement for our claim. They do offer real good quotes. You always know your in good hands with personal service from Mrs.M and her team. But any associates that I know in this office is always very caring and responsive. They will definitely work hard for you. Thank you Priority for being very helpful, nothing but A+ service.

I have been dealing with this company for the last 5 years, they were very good to me all that time, I even sent them a bunch of customers for homeowners policies. Recently I needed to cancel mine because of the prices spikes and found a lower price at State Farm. Well they simply "forgot" to cancel my policy, "my agent" couldn't even talk to me or send me an email to offer an apology, I spoke with another lady today, she sounded more like a manager, but even this lady couldn't even offer a simple apology, totally unacceptable.

They sent the wrong quote to me to send to title company. Title company paid the 450 quote received for windstorm insurance. 3 months later I get a letter in the mail saying my policy was never active because the policy wasn't paid in full. I talked to agent and she said 'the quote should have been for 450. It was supposed to be for 900". I had to call my title company and get a copy of the quote sent to them for windstorm and sent it to my insurance agent. She then admitted it was their screw up and they would cover the other half of the quote to make up for time I wasn't covered and because it was their mistake. One year later, it still isn't resolved

One of the worst insurance place to work at or to do any business. I was terminated over the phone on my birthday for no reasons given. They mislead you as if you are doing fine and then when you are a threat they fire you. All management including the owner doesn not care for any of their employees . No one deserves to do any business with them.

They are truly honest, reliable people that will be there when we need to ask questions. We never feel being pushed to buy anything.

I love speaking to Karla! She’s always a great help, she took her time to explain my coverages and details of my policy. She even gave me examples to help me get a better understanding! This agency has great employees I truly recommend it.

The team at Priority Insurance have always so extraordinary! They have top insurance carriers so you can compare full-coverages. I have been with them for over 10 years and never have problems. Everyone is extremely professional and care about their customers. They will never push you to contract and will take time to explain or answer any of your questions. They will review of costs and coverages during sign up and continuously follow up with you when its time to renew. I had all of my rentals properties, home and business insurance with Priority Insurance. My Agent is very knowledgeable and she knows her client very well. Keep close contact with your representative and you will find yourself in good position without having to navigate through many terrible insurances.

My agent was very helpful. Make sure to ask for Tania. Ms.Tania was professional in every way , very patient she went her way out to explain every step trough the policy to help me understand.
