I’ve had priority credit union for 25 years and Yolanda has always been the one that helps me. Yolanda is simply amazing she always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m in the know of any updates or changes coming to the credit union. She is always friendly and a pleasure to work with i couldn’t see myself banking with any other credit union.

I will let you know that I am very happy with the service and professionalism provided by Priority Credit Union and especially Mrs. Haydeelys Figueroa. When I have my doubts always very helpful. Congratulations on having helpful employees Thanks Robert C. Lopez

Use to love this small,and local Credit Union but over the last year it went from hero to 0. My Melbourne branch only open 2 days a week rarely get someone on the phone and worst of all they lost $700 on my daughter savings account no one is taking responsibility.Can no longer trust them with our hard earned money. It’s a shame!

Extremely nice staff. Everyone treats you like a valued guest. Judy with the loan department was a dream, she was extremely understanding and very helpful. Definitely would recommend service here over and over again.

I have been a member of Priority Credit Unión for a long time and cannot complain, the services of all the employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Haydeelys Figueroa is very polite and thorough and prompt with her responsibilities,as well as Ana Calderon who works in the Credit cards department. I can’t forget John Marrero ,Gitzie Cariño and Judy Beardsley they are in the Lending department they are very helpful and kind. The Manager Mrs Marrero and Maria O’Shea are very friendly and useful, they always help in many ways. That’s the reason deserve 5 stars rate. Very good company with lots of years established.

Gitzie has been super helpful in getting my Roth IRA started. She is very welcoming and explains everything step by step. Please ask for her when you go!

I have been a member of Priority Credit Union now for more than 20 years and could not be more happy with the level of personal service I receive from Ronda M at the Winter Garden branch. She is always super friendly and if she doesn’t pick up the phone on the first ring it means she is providing excellent service to another member but she calls back right away. She has been there a long time, so she is always able to help me with anything I need and does so cheerfully. It is a joy to do business with her and Priority Credit Union!
