Least helpful people in the world. Continuously put fraud locks on my card even thought the were notified on multiple occasions that am military and would be traveling. My card would randomly decline without notice even though there were funds in my accounts. Once I made the decision to switch banks/credit unions, they made the process of transferring to another bank extremely difficult.

i like this bank but the drive around ATM always has a printer error. they do a poor job keeping that ATM operational with printed receipts. it wouldn't be a problem if i could see my account balance on the screen but i cant. this branch needs 2 ATMs or better maintenance on the one they have.

Honestly, I want to just close the account but they have my full direct deposit so it’d be more troublesome for me to do so at this point. It’s just been an array of poor experiences. The icing on the cake is that they are seriously behind the times. They don’t participate in express pay so if you receive funds via cash app, you won’t get them until the next business day which completely defeats the purpose. I can’t do Apple Pay because again, they don’t participate, and when I get paid from driving lyft I can’t do the express pay option because again, THEY DONT PARTICIPATE so I have no choice but to receive my payouts once per week via ACH. Every time I call about a product I’m always being told what they can’t do instead offering an alternative solution.

The staff is professional and their rates are competetive, and usually substantially lower than others.

When I set up my Money Market account a few years ago I was given separate login info to access it. I went back another day last year to set up a Roth IRA account and asked if it was possible to connect the Money Market to my personal account to make it easier and was told no. The lady was new and something told me that wasn’t right but it already took longer than it should have to set up the Roth so I left it alone for the time being since I had somewhere to go. Fast forward to April/May 2021, I needed money from the Money Market for school and a lot was missing. Turns out they gave the “secondary” person on the account access to it through their personal account but I was told I couldn’t even have that kind of access for MY account and it was MY money. I’m the holder of the account. How does that even work? The secondary tried to handle it and was told nothing could be done. $8000+ gone just like that. Slightly understandable because what’s spent is spent for whatever reason. But still, as primary and never even touching that money, more should have and could have been done. Thankfully Ms. Bunmi was able to connect all of my accounts which apparently was very easy to do and helped me track all of the transactions that took place. They need to do a better job of training new staff on what can actually be done and much better job of allowing what’s actually accessible to whoever has access to someone’s account.

Its unfortunate. The location is perfect for me. I wanted a small credit union like this but my experience was below the very standards that I set for my own business. The two stars are only for the staff that I have encountered. That experience started out to be discouraging but i gave it a graceful chance. Here we are not even a full two months in and Im done.

ATM has too many printer errors. piss poor service on the only atm they have at this location. would rate 0 stars if i could.

I needed to go to the bathroom and I was told I had to go so where else to use the bathroom. Was there no soap and water or was there no one to keep the bathroom clean.

Easy in easy out...never had a problem with them. They are respectful of your time.
