Worst bank I've ever had. The fees and let me tell you surprise fees a absolutely ridiculous. If you aren't part of the top 1 percent club don't even bother with applying for a loan. You can literally choose any other bank and get treated better.

Just started an account with this company. I was currently charged twice for a payment and I am having issues getting a refund. They tell me even if they process the refund, it can't be returned to the account they retrieved it from. Instead they'll put it in a savings account- they'll hold on to it until they can charge you again. Then they put me on hold for 20 mins. just to say they'll call me back. To make matters worse, this is only my 1st payment! Normally companies at least pretend to care about their customers before trying to cheat them, but they jumped right to it. #nolube

Customer service is great. I had an auto loan with PNC but changed to NASA because the rate was much lower and the service is much more personal.

Inconsistent application process, baseless decisions, incompetent staff, and lost documents- need I say more? Avoid this place altogether. They are not worthy NASA label.

I always have and still receive prompt service. Everyone has been very helpful and polite to me.

I had a HORRIBLE experience dealing with this place. I got their credit card, they gave me a $5200 credit limit, and everything was fine for a while. Then I applied for a car loan through them, and I waited and waited and waited for a response. After a couple of weeks passed, the car I wanted was sold, because of their long delay. I logged in to look at my account, and I saw that they had reduced my credit card limit down to my balance. I called them to ask why it took so long for approval and why they did this, as I have dozens of other credit accounts elsewhere and a perfect payment history with all of them. They put me through to some jerk who said he couldn't verify my income and I needed to allow them to access my private IRS tax information. Oh hell no, if the President doesn't need to make his tax forms public, then neither do I. Instead, I opened a checking account with them and immediately set up direct deposit, so they could see my income. However, my first payroll deposit wouldn't go through. It turns out that NASA FCU had frozen my checking account, apparently to prevent me from proving that I was correct and that they were wrong. Numerous emails to their customer service went unheeded, of course, until I became entirely fed up and completely terminated my relationships with them.

If you are about to start a new account here please listen to me and DO NOT BANK HERE. I deposited money in my account can not use it till a month later since I’m under “new membership status “ which no one told me about called 3 times the customer service number , got 3 different answers! That tells you they don’t know what they talking about. Overall they are after your money and will pretend they care about the issue but they DO NOT ! DO NOT BANK HERE SAVE YOUR ENERGY WITH ANOTHER CREDIT UNION!!!

Awful bank, I wouldn’t trust them with a penny. To many security breaches and fraud

Great experience website is simple. Whenever I call for any issues they always resolve it great customer service.

Terrible horrible, I'm dropping my account and I'm going with navy federal
