We used Primus lending for the purchase of our home. Karl and the team were professional, patient and detailed. We later decided on refinancing our home and went through an other company which turned out to be a bust and guess what...we went back to Primus who did an amazing deal for us. Again. Highly recommend them!

No one listens to client's needs and they tried to cheat me out of $2000. I wanted to not have an impound account and told them at the beginning of the loan process. They acknowledged it. But surprise surprise, 2 days before closing they send me the loan monthly payment breakdown with not only taxes impounded but insurance too. Plus they were supposed to give me $1000 back towards costs, and was nowhere to be found in the final documents. I had to refinamce, which cost me another $2000 to eliminate the impound account. This was the crappiest experience I've ever had with a lender, out of 8-9 companies total.
