    It was the best experience everytime we come to this branch in Missouri city, specifically with Jennifer Goodall. She is very helpful and warm. Never done any reviews but she is worthy of my time. From the Pierre Family

    This place is ridiculous. They wont let me cash a check because I am a new member. They want to hold it for 9 business days until they will release any funds. Which to me sounds like they think I'm a thief. Would a bank robber come in hand you his social security card, his photo ID, and his home address then rob a place? I feel like I should close my account here then open an account with a real bank, like bank of America. At least they will have a teller in person and the means to cash a check.

    Great bank but the phone customer service is horrible. Always answer the phone like they rolled out of bed and always have an attitude.

    —update 9/2018: they called to make things right and I was able to get the awesome rate they were offering! I also ended up getting a CD too! It was a win win for everyone! So please beware... yes they have better rates than others but they or I should say my rep was dishonest. I came in on a tues to inquire about rates and how the process works. Then I asked about a co-signer option... she said yes we could go that route. I go today and she tells me after she pulls my credit that even if my co-signer has A++ credit, they will go with the person who has more income... well why the hell didn’t you disclose that info prior to? Her response, I didn’t even think about it. My butt you didn’t.

    if it wasn't such a hassle to change my direct deposits, I would leave. The manager acts like she is doing you a favor. I wanted to withdraw a large amount in cash. She informed me that it wasn't possible to get immediate cash, would take several days to request......then proceeded to ask me "Why do you need such a large amount in CASH anyway". You know I wanted to say....."none of your blankity blank business. Half the time one of the drive thru lanes is out. It seems they have daily withdrawal limits less than my other banks. I don't know, it just seems doing business with them is always a hassle of some sort....not sure why I stay????????? Direct deposit and very little need to interact, but when I do, it is not pleasurable.

    This branch is very modern and I love the teller machines. It allows me to make financial transactions on my own or with a teller if I need too. Plus, the staff here is always so friendly and remembers my name everytime I visit.

    I really like Primeway. I’m not too crazy about the atm style teller service at this location. I understand this is for the safety of the teller but I was having a difficult time hearing the teller on the handset even asking her to speak up. I’ll continue to use Primeway but I’ll stick with the co op banking at another branch.

    The wait time is horrible I went in to get a simple paper notorize and waited Two hours when there was nothing but 3 people in the lobby including me . I will drive clear across town and go to another location never coming to the location in Missouri City again
