Primesouth Bank Memorial Dr, Waycross

Worse customer service! Thankfully I only had to use this bank briefly for my job. I finally convinced them to switch to a much friendly and faster bank. Every time I came to this branch I had to wait 10-25 minutes just for a deposit slip. Multiple times they waited on every other car in the regular lines before assisting the suppose to be commercial lines. However regular customer would also go through the commercial line and want to chit chat. That would be fine but the point of the commercial line is that most of us are on a time limit. We only have so much time to get to the bank and back be for the business it supposed to open to the public. Now I will say that one young lady that works in the drive thru line was very fast, efficient, and super friendly. On top of the long waits in line that would wrap out to the street, at least once if not twice a week they would mess the deposit up and I would have to travel back out there again to pick up a corrected slip. Never once did I get I’m sorry, more like I was blamed for pointing out their mistake. I do not recommend this branch. If you can visit the one in Blackshear wayyyyyyy better!

I have banked here for over 15 years and it is great. There is a wonderful staff to help you with all your banking needs.

My husband and I have the best loan officer, Ellen....she is awesome!

Girls in drive through and inside counter are nice and can be but Jamie and Barbara are B..... there rude as can be every time I deal with them. I want put my money back in this bank or recommended to anyone !

Been banking here fo a very long time! Love this bank! Everyone inside & drive thru very friendly ,helpful and professional !
