A friend of mine highly recommended Dan Stowe as one of the best Loan Officers to work with in the business. As a full-time Realtor, I was on a search for a better Mortgage Company and Loan Officer that I could fully entrust with my Clients and recommend for their real estate financing. I spoke with Dan about what I was looking for and in my conversation, I recognized his character and professionalism right off. I would not send my clients to a Mortgage Company and Loan Officer without knowing firsthand what their experience would be. So, I told Dan that I wanted to do some remodeling in my own home and would like to put him and PrimeLine Capital ‘to the test’ and see what they could offer with a refinance and some cash-out to cover my remodeling expenses. I also told Dan that I wanted to pay minimal out of pocket for this refinancing. Dan went right to work and shopped several Lenders for me to find me the very best refinance loan for my situation and requests. I was blown away when he found a loan package that offered a cash-out of over $20K, lowered my monthly payment by over $125 and ended up costing me nothing but re-establishing my new escrow fund. Dan and his in-house staff (which is rare to find, believe me) kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their portal was also extremely easy to upload the documents they needed from me. To top it off, within 3 weeks, Dan sent a Notary to my office to go over and sign the documents for Closing. As a Realtor, having first-hand knowledge, I now recommend Dan Stowe and his team (and have been since last year) to all my clients who need a real estate loan and to all my personal friends and family who are looking to refinance and/or take some money out for a home project. Process was long and daunting….after several weeks of a standstill my loan officer Alex Collins tried his best to assist me with my refinance. I did notice as time progressed and it looked like the deal couldn’t pull through there was lack of transparency and communication on his part. I am hoping my appraisal cost will be fully refunded. Please continue to update your clients even if the situation does not result in any action…..

I was referred to Antonella by a family member who had a pleasant experience. She was great to work with and very responsive to my questions and made the process very easy. Process was very efficient. Pretty sure it was all done in under three weeks. I have had other lenders request new documentation endlessly. That didnt happen here. The initial documents is all i needed. Shelby Bradford got the process started. She tried to think about what i might be dealing with after giving my info to lending tree. While my phone was blowing up she sent an email knowing what was happening. Anyway, i thought it was an overall good process.

Nick Wilke did a great job. Educated me on PrimeLine's role/niche and how it gets customers better rates (and low/no points) compared to dealing with the same loan companies directly. Good/quick communication, info, answers to questions on details/process. Closed in 2-weeks even with an appraisal. Recommend to anyone in addition to talking with lenders directly.

Great experience with VA Mortgage Loan! Antonella went above and beyond ensuring the process was smooth and efficient. She is kind and a true professional. I refinanced previously and was a repeat customer.

Despite the fact that our loan didn't get through, working with our loan officer, Anthony Hartsell, was a very positive experience. Anthony is diligent, efficient, and communicative. He walked us through the loan application process and help us with the loan processing when our processing officer was non-responsive. He spent a lot of times educating us about evaluating loans and calculating interest rates. When the loan didn't work out, he tried hard to help us find alternatives. Unfortunately, none of the options will work for us. I'm sorry, Anthony! Even though we have a great experience working with Anthony, we can only give 3 stars to Primeline as a whole due to two reasons. First, our loan processor was not up to par in speed with all the paperwork of our application. Emails were not replied most of the time and a couple of times, Anthony has to be our in-between to keep the processing going. Second, also the most significant reason for our dissatisfaction is that we wasted $600 for an appraisal that materialized to nothing! Right at the beginning, we told Anthony that we were purchasing a house as investment property and we told the loan processing officer that our down payment money was a gift money and we even have to go through lots of hurdle to have the paper work to prove it. We were not told early in the process that there is a Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae rule that would not allow gift money to be used for down payment of investment property. I don't believe this rule is new and any experienced loan processor should know this. If we know about this, we would not have to spend $600 for an appraisal. This is very upsetting for us. It's not just a loss of money, but also time of both us and Anthony's. We would still recommend Anthony but we would ask people to be cautious about this. Ask questions and clarify things before you authorize any payment to do anything. I read some of the reviews and it seems that we are NOT the only customers who had lost money for the appraisal of a house that we ended up not buying!

OK, I have to share that the WHOLE ENTIRE process of buying a home in GA was just crazy. BUT it wasn't PrimeLine's fault. PrimeLine did have some employee turnover, so we had a set of names and contacts that we worked with. BUT these new names stepped right in and got to work. Our financing was completed on time, the real estate attorney got all the paper work needed, and I'm sitting on my new porch to write this review.

Alex promptly answered the phone when I called He was professional and eager to help me. He walked me through the next steps with ease. He was always available to help me with any questions I had. I highly recommend Primeline and Alex for all your mortgage needs.

FANTASTIC Experience with Sandy Skipper and Joseph Canada! These two were both patient *and* fast throughout the process. PrimeLine worked very hard for us and was very responsive from start to finish. We locked in a great rate at a time where interest rates were VERY turbulent and our closing date was well into the future (60-90 days). When things got dicey with closing (long story), they jumped right in and immediately partnered with our title company to seal the deal. So thankful we worked with them!

Terrible experience! This was hands down the worst experience I have ever gone through. The mortgage broker was not up on her guidelines and had me jump through a million hurdles to not approve me for one, but two different types of loans. She had been contacting me for six months and then when I finally gave in to interest she said she was able to do two types of loans which I did not qualify for. It is terrible to get peoples hopes up and not know the rules. Also, I was charged a 750 dollar appraisal fee. When the loan is not approved it is unheard of not to refund this fee. Now I am out 750 dollars and so much time to only be extremely disappointed. I am not naming her name her, but am thinking about small claims because of everything i was put through if they don't refund my money asap. Do not engage with them, the fees are astronomical and they make commitments they can not deliver against. The more I think about this, the more concerned I am that they are charging appraisal fees for people they know they can't approve and keeping the money. This is very unethical and against lending practices.

Was connected with Primeline Capital through a Lending Tree search, and overall was an awesome experience. Was able to refinance two rental properties in California through Primeline, and Dan was able to get two great wholesale rates right before they started rising. Overall very happy with the experience and thanks to John and Sarah who assisted with closing. Would recommend!

I recently did a cash out refi with Bryan Gatlin. This was not like any refinance process that I have ever been through before. From the first contact I had with Bryan, he was always in touch and did everything he said he would do. Primeline Capital is a 5 star mortgage lender. I didn't have any issues what so ever. They handled everything fast and accurtly. All I had do do was download my information to their portal which was easy also. Brian would call me along the way and explain where we were in the process. The closer met me where I requested and was done in 15 minutes. I would reccomend PrimeLine for your mortgage needs.
