Chase Bank S Tryon St, Charlotte

I do not like Chase Bank, the company. They have abysmal phone support and it always takes forever to take care of things over the phone. I hold an account with them only for my Amazon Prime membership That said, my experience coming into this physical location was phenomenal. Tyrone F. helped address the issues I was having with my online account and did so with good humor. I left satisfied—thanks Tyrone!

Today, several local climate activists took some photos at JPMorganChase's pretty portico on S Tryon. See the attached images. One of the employees waved to us from inside as we were leaving - very nice! JPMorganChase: Stop Funding Climate Chaos! and Stop Funding Tar Sands!

The fact that they now have Chase ATM's and Banks in Charlotte is a plus for me and why I awarded 5 stars. I use to drive to Atlanta to do banking. Why? Because Chase has a military package that just won't quit. I'm a client for life!

I was very excited that Chase was opening a branch in Charlotte, as I had been a happy customer in NY for over 30 years. However, this branch is hugely disappointing. Services are very limited and they don't answer the phone. I am fortunate that my Private Client advisor in NY is happy to help me remotely. This new branch was just not ready to open for business.

Was glad to see that Chase was now offering services to Charlotte. Spent over a week calling every few hours to try and get some information on their current hours due to Covid with no success. Have been in a hurry as we are starting a new business and have a large government contract and needed to establish our new business account. Decided to drive the 30 min to go direct to the branch, only to be told that I need to call and schedule an appointment. I let the customer service representative know I have been attempting to call for the past week and ask if she could put me in contact with someone. Nope "you must call and schedule". I literally walk outside of the bank, call and of course get disconnected. Do this a few times, get disconnected. This branch is a joke.

I had a fraud block on my account and each interaction at this branch was pleasant, quick, and you could tell the representatives care about their clients. A big shout out to Heather, who helped at every turn and was very gracious with her time.

Don't support businesses that support fossil fuels. JP Morgan Chase is invested HEAVILY in continued destruction of our environment; this is undeniable and untenable. There are alternatives... Don't use banks, use ETH. This location, like all others, will not want you to own your liquidity and the gains that come from that. Crypto is inherently more efficient than banking because the security of your money isn't enforced by the threat of violence (US Defense Budget in 2021 = $753.5 billion)

I have been banking with Chase since I was 18, living in Louisville, Kentucky. They remain my favorite national bank and I was elated to hear that they were opening branches in Charlotte. I have lived here for 7 years and have done the majority of my banking online. Since the opening of this branch location I have visited once. The inside and outside are gorgeous and wonderfully maintained. The branch is sufficiently staffed and professional at all times. No complaints for this bank or branch.

It was a pleasure working with account specialist Brandon, he was very knowledgable about the banking system with Chase. He worked very diligently and respectfully in recovering my funds. It was pleasure holding an account with Chase.

It is the worst chase location in all of charlotte. Employees sit around in each other offices and act like they are doing you a favor to assist you. Don't attempt to walk inside to get some assistance. Location is pointless.
