I generally don't have or make the time to write reviews, but I felt that in this case, I would be doing a disservice to people out there if I didn't. My experience with Prime Time has been nothing short of stellar. Payman and his staff managed to make a seemingly impossible refinance situation very possible. Twice, this company has rescued me. I needed 1.2 million dollars to re-finance a Mobile Home Community whose balloon payment was coming due. I was finding it impossible to find a conventional loan, being turned down by everyone and feeling like my business was in serious jeopardy if I didn't get the money soon. I called Prime Time and from the beginning Payman reassured me he'd get something done, even though I didn't believe him, I felt a encouraged that he believed in himself and his ability. Well, after a rigorous vetting of my business by the bank and some awesome advocating from Payman on our behalf, I am pleased to report we closed the loan last week. Not only did he guide the loan to a successful closing, but he made sure to get me the best terms. It's not often I experience the type of service where I KNOW the company is really working for my best interests, but I can sincerely say, Payman and Prime Time proved to me they do.
