Working with Jorge was the best customer service I have had in years. First, he is super nice and responsive. When you have a question you pick up the phone and call him directly. He is always available. Second, Jorge really knows what he is doing. I started off with a different mortgage person and she told me I had to pay off a low interest auto loan to get a mortgage. Jorge not only told me that I did not have to pay off the car, he suggested I right off the depreciation on the car, which saved me money on my taxes. I am self employed and it is not easy to get a mortgage. Jorge was a master at dealing with all the issues that came up. If I had not met Jorge I would not have been able to buy my home.
