I really felt like this company cared about me personally, and that I wasn't just another transaction to complete. It was a fantastic experience in every way, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know with lending needs.

Jamie Childs is so great to work with. She has helped us purchase our home and now re-finance our home as has been great every step of the way. She communicates very well, plans ahead, and when there is a problem offers an immediate solution. She always closes her loans on time and is great to work with!

PRM was super awesome! We saw the house we ended up buying on a Friday night at 6. Jamie got all our info, got us a pre-qualification later, and allowed us to send in an offer on the house that night! She was there every step of the way and we just closed and funded this week. This company cost me over $40 grand when all was said and done.I was not going to post but had to login to get tax information. My experience was not so good. Sales Rep was polite. I needed to verify that I could split my payment into two payments per month (half at the beginning, half on the 15th). I was assured this could be done. I received an email promising me this could be done and I spoke with a Loan manager (Jeff) as well. "Yes we can!!" When the loan was closed and servicing was contacted, "No we cannot do that!". I emailed, called, even spoke to the office manager and they would not budge. So much for the promises made and the company philosophy "We do whats right no matter the circumstances!" If they cannot correct this, why would I do business with them in the future?
