Bank of America Financial Center N Thanksgiving Way, Lehi

I had an appointment to meet with one of the staff. A couple of minutes after I arrived a gentle person came to meet me, ask a few questions, and told me to wait for the staff who were having their meeting but we're about to finish. A few minutes of wait and I was able to have my meeting. The entire experience was professional, courteous, and amiable. It was a very pleasant meeting and the service was delivered promptly. Thank you (McKalean I think is his name) for delivering the services I needed.

It should be made known that beyond ATM service, you can't do much else--this isn't a financial center where you can have a representative help you with a, for instance, cashiers check. The rooms have virtual assistance and there's no clear schedule as to when a person can help you face to face for all banking needs. It's like a building for an ATM with an option to talk to someone on the phone.

When I arrived there was one person waiting in the lobby, and one employee sitting in a room at a table. I went to use the tablet for the self service video chat and the tablet wasn't working. The employee in the room didn't acknowledge anyone. After a minute the person who was waiting when I got there seemed irritated and got up and left. I waited a few minutes, kind of confused about what to do, or if I should interrupt the person in the room. He wasn't talking to anyone but seemed busy. After another minute a lady opened up a door and poked her head out. I was hoping she would ask how she could help but she quickly shut the door and disappeared. After another minute I just left. If you need to talk to an actual person don't go to this location. Im pretty confused as to why there's there's entire location seemingly to only let you use the app on a tablet stuck to the wall. I'm sure the employees are there to discuss loans etc but they didn't seem to care about why anyone was coming in anyways. I went to the draper location and was greeted and helped immediately upon opening the door and out in less than 10 minutes.

I paid off my car loan and they lost the title. I'm still waiting for the title almost a month later. When calling to get updates... they hung up on me.

Tuesday during business hours, sat here waiting for someone...no one showed up. Packages just laying there. I called Tibby and JT with no answer. Called the office number...no answer. Looks like I'm moving to a better bank.

This bank is an advance center which is basically an EXPRESS center. They’re limited on the things that can be done but it’s super quick to get in and out. They have 2 ATMs! They have virtual bankers that essentially can do EVERYTHING for you! Open accounts, order a new debit card, literally anything. This location also doesn’t deal with cash but that’s why you have the ATM. The 3 bankers who work there are super nice and try their best to squeeze people in even when they are fully booked with appointments. Currently the only BOFA in Utah county but there are more to come!

Went to this "bank" for a cashiers check. Probably the only reason I would physically go to a bank. This branch can't do cashiers checks because it is, as the employee said, "an experiment in digital banking". So he recommended another branch office. Got to other branch office and their "computers were down today, sorry" Will be closing my BofA account as soon as we get settled.

There is nobody at this location. The hours listed on the door say Monday- Friday 8 am - 6 pm. However when I arrived at 4:30 pm on a Friday there is no one there to assist. The touch screen doesn’t work at all for video chat because I assume they have different hours than what’s listed. Calling the number listed for this location said it was closed. Go to a real bank location in the middle of the day if you want to conduct more than an ATM withdrawal.

Don’t come here. Although this is called a financial center there are no services beyond an atm. No employees were present. Instead they had several screens for videoing with a teller - however I waited on hold for 10 minutes with no success. Might as well stay home and bank online- if you need actual support this place is useless

Needed an actual branch to withdraw money. This location is the only one within an hour of my house. Don’t know what this is, but needed an actual teller to withdraw money and was told to use an ATM. I could have used any ATM closer to my house. Just weird
