know jason since 2012.... I went to my own bank and I my previously known finiancial agencies but couldnot give me the rate and required so many documents. As i got Mr Jason's phone no from my friends and i gave my situation and my credit history... He said no problem... I will close your house in 21 day to 30 days. As he promised he did. Recenly I had refininaced my loan again because rate is low because of Covid situation and i could save thousands. My new refi. Was done in 21 days. So if you had not been qualified from your own fininacial org give jason a call he will give u honest answer... Do not waste your time running around banks to bank

Just closed on my first house within 3 months thanks to Mr Jason schoen and he's team...never thought that i would own a 5 bedrooms two story house before the year ended...after my landlord for 9 years told me he's selling the unit one month before my lease expired. Didn't know what to do...tried looking for other rentals everywhere asking 3 times the money 1st,last,security my friends who just got he's realtor license told me you can use that money for down deposit on your house...went to a first lender they didn't qualify me for half of what i got from Jason...they helped me with everything good team to work with now thanks to them im moving from my 3 bedrooms apartment to a 5 bedrooms house...if any body out there looking to buy definitely go see them...
