I am extremely indecisive. I’ve been in that store for almost an hour trying to make a decision and Santiago was so patient with me.That was one of best customer service ever!! This is my first time writing a review so that should tell you something. That shop also had everything you can think of and great deals. I thought he was gonna get frustrated with me cuz I was fr taking so long to make up my mind on something but he didn’t give me that vibe at all he was very friendly and he had an answer for all the questions that I had.

This location provides the best customer service ever !! Everyone is so patient. And the manager Daniel is the best manager you can work with !! Shout out to Queen 3

I went to the store to look for a necklace and didn’t know what to get, and an employee name Morly, she was so kind, patience, and so caring, she helped me found the perfect ones. This store have the best customer service. I recommend this store to everyone.

Daniel, Ruben, Alex and Morly makes a wonderful team. They work well together in busy times. Made sure customers were going in and out even if others were impatient.

This is honestly the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. They have worked with me so much whenever I need a loan, especially Mauricio, he’s awesome. He even went out of his way to call me and let me know that I had left a very important item in something I had pawned and it almost went up for sale but thankfully he called me and helped me take care of it so I didn’t lose it. If you’re looking for a loan, queen of pawns on okeechobee is the only place I’d recommend. The 10% interest is why I started going to them but their amazing customer service is why I will continue to go to them, they are the best. Thanks guys!

We have purchased two Xbox Ones from this location and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They make sure the systems are working perfectly before any purchase is made so it made us much more comfortable buying a used system. Pawned some jewelry back in September and was unable to get it out in time, luckily came back in march and they were able to work with me and I was able to retrieve it. Nice to know there's actually a good pawn shop that take people's situations into consideration. Will be here again and highly recommend.

Several times I visited this establishment, once needed money in a bind and they treated me with much dignity and respect and fair . In return I revisited a second time I purchased my son a necklace and they again went out of there way to give me an excellent price and treated my son great. I returned again for Mother’s Day and purchased 2 gold items and explained how much I had and they worked with me. Alyssa worked with me twice and I never had someone made me feel like I wasn’t just a customer!!!

I’m very surprised of a review that I saw yesterday about queen of pawns in Okeechobee. I have been a customer for over 5 years and they are awesome people who really cares about their clients and very fair with the prices. I usually don’t get involved in any reviews but I’m pretty sure that bad review about the manager and his team is not fair. When they tell you to go shopping around in other pawn shops it is because they are 100% sure they are giving the best price, not because they want to loose a client. I’m a very satisfied customer and I recommend queen of pawns in Okeechobee not only to my friends and family but to every single person who can read this review. I’ve never had to use a pawnshop before. My brother is in trouble and no one in my family will help him. Including my own husband. So I found a bunch of old jewelry.. I have been bringing it to queen of pawns every week. They treat you with great dignity and their prices are the best I hear I did go to a couple places. I bought a 14k gold chain from here, Mauricio took care of me and helped me pick out something that was in my budget! Great looking place with good guys helping you pick out a good bargain. The only thing I'd have to say was that there was a 50% off jewelry sale and I didn't know until 20 minutes after looking at the pieces. But the best pawn shop I've been to in awhile! Check it out

Queen of Pawns, Okeechobee location is by far the best pawn shop around. I was in search of a new gold chain and visited 10+ pawn shops in the area. The store is very clean and the most welcoming verse all other pawn shops. All staff members are professional and I want to give much thanks to Brain that helped me with my purchase. From when I entered Queen of Pawns, Brian made myself feel as a long-time friend being very honest and not just trying to make a deal and money off me. He wanted me to be comfortable and happy with my decision and purchase. Additionally, Queen of Pawns had the best prices and selection of products.
