PRMI is a great group of people. Devon Gallagher and his team were professional, consistent and communicated through the entire home loan process. I have not purchased a property in almost 15 years so the rules have changed. They guided me from start to finish with helpful tips and videos along the way. My first encounter with Jeff was in 2009 when I purchased my first home. Jeff's experience in the business made the purchase of my first home very smooth. Fast forward to 2022 when I was asked to help a family member who's primary income was not from US (not a typical W2 wage earner) who needed to close on a property within 30 days I knew Jeff would be the right person. He and his team (Terry, Abbey and Katie) helped my cousin navigate through all the paperwork required by the loan underwriter to approve the loan. There were times in the process when my cousins thought the loan would not go through but Jeff kept us on track and ultimately my cousins bought their first home. Frank and his team are awesome! Friendly, responsive, and professional. He always had time for my questions, even to just go over the numbers with me one more time! When we had an issue on our end that could have held things up, he helped to get the issue solved quickly, we ended up saving money and we were actually able to close early! George went above and beyond to make sure that our loan came through on time and enable us to close on our desire date. We were having some issues making sure all of the conditions to an addendum to our contract were met. This was a real obstable to finalizing the loan process, but George and his team had everything ready to go and gave a lot a great advice, so when that addendum was satisfied the loan process was completed immediately! This allowed us to keep our settlement date and get into our new home when we had planned. I am confident that only George could have pulled that off. We were on a tight timeline and our representative (Kaoru) went out of his way to make sure we could close on the house we wanted. He was available for us whenever we had a question & made us feel empowered to make decisions comfortably.
