Randy was extremely helpful in our home buying and mortgage qualification process. He is very knowledgeable about how the market works and all the potential pitfalls and ins and outs of buying a home. He is also happy to discuss and advise you on ways to get rid of extra fees and lower payments throughout the term of the mortgage.

I had to put one star in order to post this review....I won't even give Randy or this company ONE star!!! Randy told us AND our realtor that we were pre-qualified and pre-authorized for a home loan. BUT....as soon as our contract was accepted...lo and behold....Randy changes his WHOLE tune!! Thank GOD we have a good realtor, who was able to get our earnest money back, but she also put us in touch with a REAL lender. Not one who sends form letters out to anyone and everyone...and who tells people they are pre-qualified when they are not, and who doesn't care who that hurts or how that makes everyone feel/look! DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY!!!

This lender used unethical practices to secure a fraudulent pre qualifying letter, paying for inspections, home appraisals, and earnest money, and then the weekend before closing telling us we didn't qualify for a mortgage. This lender has affected multiple individuals in the real estate sector, and consumers. The lender and the company was very unethical, and cost us much money. I expect to be paid full restitution of damages. This place is horrible, very disrespectful, and unethical. They shouldn't even be open for business.
