I do not recommend this place at all! 2 separate times applied for a loan, 6 plus months apart. Both times, very difficult to get in touch with the account Rep., as well as sends you an email, making you believe it was worth them running your credit and putting an indent on it, but complete waste of time and invalid information given. In addition, never any luck with friendly customer service, seem to be in a hurry and seem to not care about their customers, solely based on conversation and way the conversation ended. To top it all off, the Rep. did not have the correct information on my credit report, gave me invalid information. Do not apply with them or waste your time.

Very professional and understanding… I have been dealing with Nicole for well over 6 mos on my account. Have fell on hard times and Nicole has been very personable and understanding. She has worked with me and helped me with my account every step of the way. Thank you Nicole for all of your help

SCAM ALERT!!! This company told me that my APR would be 17%. They are now charging me nearly 3 times that amount. This company can and WILL defraud you.

I have sent this branch several requests online, and then an e-mail to this branch with no response. I was planning on going to go through them for further loans, but don't think so anymore. For a company that claims they're lending done human, they don't have a human (responsive or caring) element at all. Am looking for a way to contact the corporate offices about this branch and will update when I know so other people can. Edit: Also for anyone claiming that a negative review is from someone not paying their bills, this is far from it. They are failing to provide basic services that they claim to offer.

Wasted my time with this place. I tried to get a secured loan to help my step daughter fix her car. I sent over a copy of the title per their request. The title shows that the car has 165k miles. They asked me to drive the car in for pictures and to sign paperwork So I took the day off from work and drove the car in only for them to tell me that they can't do a loan on the car due to the 165k miles. Literally wasted my time. The title shows the car has 165k Don't waste your time. Go to a real bank and take out a personal loan of you need a small loan.

So looking at the responses it looks as though there is a pattern. I applied today credit good but according to one my budget wouldn't work. Well my budget has worked for a long time now and just wanted to pay a few debts off and build credit. They were kind and professional enough but I did ask for a break down of why I was turned down. Which activated the management. An individual is totally judged by what they see. Not much else to go by I guess. Anyway a waste of time and a hard credit inquiry. High interest and a waste. Inflation hard times and being judged. Don't waste your time or credit. There are better offers. By the way one you asked if my car was financed well it was. It's paid for now. Remember don't judge but ask.

I love it...one of the emails to end my case with your amazing credit karma partnership...I do own my vehicle free and clear...and it is worth quadruple its normal value right now..but I am not doing a secured loan...I am not financing my vehicle twice...what I was interested in is making my credit karma credit score build.....so I have to take a hit on my credit because It is suggested by a company that pays them.... for suggestions and approvals...I honestly don't want the loan I really would have pocketed the loan and paid their high interest to build my score...but the whole thing was not disclosed as it should have been...

Please don't waste your time at this branch, I have been a customer of One Main (not here) for over 7 years and this branch was completely unprofessional. They do not return calls when they state they will, they do not keep customers informed of progress, and the staff over there are very rude in the communication. We were scheduled three times to go in to sign off on the loan however all three were cancelled and the last one they cancelled 20 minutes before the appointment as we were driving in. They had all morning to notify us their system was down as my husband and I took the morning off work where we could have had the option to reschedule. We finally just decided to pay off the remainder and speak with our bank. I definitely will not use One Main again, the hassle far outweighed any good they could do.

The people are friendly enough; however, I have had an issue that I have brought up almost every single time I've spoken with their team, and no one has resolved it yet. I am unable to access and pay my account online, meaning I cannot pay when the office is closed, and I have to take time out of my work day to call and make payments each month. I have even contacted their corporate office (more than once) and still no one can help, or has had any sort of follow through. It is terribly inconvenient to have to call in to make payments every month, not to mention not being able to see my account balance at any time, and having to call in over and over to try to resolve an issue makes me feel like my business is not very important. I supervise a technical support/customer service team, and would be appalled if my staff treated my customers with such disinterest.
