Frank and Sarah worked tirelessly to come up with the most suitable program for our re-finance. I am newly self employed, so that created a bit of a challenge. We were able to deem Marge's income as primary in order to secure the loan. Other institutions I spoke with talked about mortgage insurance, but Frank was able to offer us a competitive rate with NO mortgage insurance.
