Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

I love that I don't have to get out of my car at night to use the ATM. The area is pretty safe, but still. There is also a walk up ATM and a bank lobby. I've never been there at peak hours but I've never had a long wait despite there always being a few other customers. Appointments are needed for more complex transactions. The tellers are pleasant, efficient, professional and knowledgeable.

    Response from the owner

Hi Jennifer, thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're so glad to hear that your recent financial center experience was seamless. Thank you for the review and for choosing Bank of America! ^matt

Please look for different location. This is the nearest location from my home, but since they are located in shopping center they have to reserve coins for them I guess, I have small business and costantly get changes for business. They limit the amount of changes you can get and guess what other locations do not limit them. They tell us what they have and i decide how much i want to take. But this gentlman name Reginald does not tell me when they get coins shipped and they are always low on coins. Why do I have to drive 20-30 minutes to get coins from other location every week to get coins? It should be first come first serve and if you are always low on coins you should be ordering more. Oh also he told me to come tomorrow for more changes what a joke

This is the WORST bank I have ever been to. I have never been talked to in such a condescending and rude demeanor. This is now my third time visiting this branch and it gets worse every time. I was told I was wasting the tellers time by making a deposit inside rather than at the ATM. It is 30 degrees outside and there was a line of 4 people and I have no coat. There was no one inside. I have been banking with BOA for close to 8 years and am now switching just so I don’t have to deal with this branch which is the most convenient to my home. I am not the only one who has had similar experiences. The people I dealt with were an older woman with short curly hair and a younger man. Both were equally rude.

Terrible customer experience! Went in to make a deposit. Bank teller Reggie asked “do you drive? You can use the drive up machine.” I chose to walk into the bank for a reason. Terrible way to talk to long time customers.

I'm writing this as I wait in line. I've literally been waiting for fifteen minutes on the nose. There is one teller and two people have been helped. The line is nine people deep. This is insane. The manager came out to assist dear Winnie help someone and then went back in his hole, leaving us all standing here. We're all tired, cold, irritated and just want to get out of here. For the love of god, get more employees!!!

I used the drive thru ATM and put in some money. I put $1200 but it only $300 showed up in my account and the receipt. The receipt says there was a problem and provided a number to call to get the issue resolved. I called the number and they said it will be about 1-2 days wait for the money to show up. I was like okay I’ll wait. It didn’t show up after 4 days. We don’t have time to sit and wait for the money to show up. Later when I called they said it might take up to 45 days. I get that they are making sure that there is no scamming involved. But my receipt literally says there was an issue. Are you gonna pay the fees of my overdue bills? Get you atm fixed or close it down.

If spending 20min in line to cash a $50 check wasn’t bad enough, waited another 10 for the teller to tell me the check is no good. A co worker of mine just cashed the same check an hour before I went. Billion dollar company, who uses Bank of America, lady that writes the checks is at her desk, can’t validate the check... my credit union is 45min away, have to go there and deposit it...can I have my 30min back? Next time they ask me to open an account I’ll tell them to read this...

ATM does not offer $100 bill. Are you kidding me? If You need hundred dollar bills, go to the ATM by the Royal Farm on Pulaski Park highway and Middle River Road. These drive-through ATMs also have a limit of $1200. What a joke to have a ATM machines right by the bank.

    Response from the owner

Hi, Taimur. ATMs can dispense $10’s, $20’s, $50’s and $100’s where denominations are available. Client denomination selection is available when both the transaction and machine support multiple denominations. We value our customers' opinions and appreciate that you took the time to share your feedback with us. Awful service. I went in to cash a check and was told to sign in I have to wait in the tellers line of 20 ppl to sign in to see a banker. Then I have to wait another 20 minutes to see a banker to verify a check and then wait again in the tellers line to cash the check. Meanwhile there's 3 bankers, one talking to her friend and the other two just sitting there. They can't close this branch down fast enough.

Went to the bank during a weekday to make a deposit. 45 minutes later I asked if everyone was at lunch and was told they always only have one teller now. I guess they don’t feel my time is valuable because they felt they were fast. Lol.
