Primary Bank - Bedford Corporate Office NH, Bedford

I started the process of buying a company back at the beginning of the year and lost my banker just as it was coming to the actual start of doing all of the due diligence. I was introduced to James at Primary and threw my situation at him to help. Their team at the bank was able to pick up the pieces and get us to the end and closed. They have been great to deal with in moving my accounts to them and there are no fees and headaches attached in having all of my business accounts their. They are very professional and I feel very welcome when I go there. Greta group of people who understand businesses!!!

Primary Bank is steadfast in their support of local businesses and organizations. This is a crucial attribute for a local bank - they are 100% focused on the community in which they do business. As well, they are very aggressive with their deposit rates, and plow deposits back into loans that benefit the local community. Plus, I always see friendly faces when I'm there. Five star all the way!

I have been a member of this bank since the start. It is refreshing to have a local bank that is truly local. A place where you go in and people greet you by your name and know who you are. The service is top notch. The products and services are up to date. I like the ability to have automated systems when I need them and the ability to interact with people directly vs having to wait in on the phone for a mega bank who has no clue who you are no matter how long you have been a customer. More businesses need to take notice that people and business still want to do business local and support their community.

I choose not to bank at this bank because the employees are really unfriendly and uptight. I noticed the manager talking down to her colleagues in a really "high school girl cattiness manner." I go to TD Bank because they are so friendly and always go over the top to make me feel welcome. I hope a bank opens in Bedford that is more customer focused and coaches their employees to treat each other with respect.

Primary bank has amazing customer service and is true to the state of NH. Our business is firearm parts and accessories and it can be tough to find anyone to back anyone in this industry. They were the only bank to give us truly reasonable credit and loan terms and help us every step of the way (Thank for believing in us James!). I cannot wait to see what they grown into.
