To say Prima Title was good or great would be an understatement. At closing everything went super smooth. Afterwards I had one minor issue. I called Prima Title, immediately got transfer to the person that could help. He quickly told me how we were going to solve the issue, executed and in few days everything was fixed. I did not have to call back or check in to see if everything was getting fixed, it was just fixed with out any concerns

I'm attempting to refinance & unfortunately the mortgage company has used Prima Title - I had to retain an attorney in order to get them to review documents verifying my ownership of the property involved (oh, I didn't see that document ). They cancelled my closing today for some unknown reason & didn't have courtesy to inform me. Do not use this title company!!

These guys are so undependable. We had missing documents. They rejected our personal account to make the escrow distribution too. They have not provided a hard signed copy of the closing documents. I tried to use my title company on the front end of the refinance and Prima would not step aside and allow a competent Title Company! Good Luck!

Title company did not get the property surveyed until the day our "cash out" funds were due to be transferred. We had to wait until the following Monday for the funds to be transferred.

Nice, prompt, quick, easy to get to and fast. We finished in under 30 minutes.

This company closed on a refi for me and payed all of the taxes to only of appropriate tax collectors for my home. It has been almost 4 months and they still have not corrected the problem. I had to pay almost $6,000 out of my own pocket to keep my home from going into a lien and now I am still waiting to get reimbursed from this company. Do not let your lender use this title company. I have tried with everyone here and unsuccessful to far at getting my money back.

Just completed a refinance and the mortgage company used Prima Title for closing. We receive a letter from our old mortgage holder that the main loan was paid off, but the small second mortgage still showed a balance due. I called Prima Title and they said (not verbatim but close) that they wrote the check to to mortgage company and the check had been cashed so it was my problem. Luckily I had the experience to ask them for proof of payment so I could deal with it. Within two minutes of reviewing the documentation found the problem, they had written the written wrong loan number on the check.

Jorge was great. He was knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the situation. He gave me step by step instructions. Made it very easy to pay the closing costs and was really nice to me.

Awesome team here. Want to give kudos to Brian Sollenberger in particular. He answered all my questions with precision and speed. I gotta say, Brian is a true asset to the company and has redefined the meaning of customer service. Thank you to the entire team at Prima Title Group!

The staff was courteous and the closing went fast.
