I dread mortgages and all things real estate related but my experience with Price Mortgage Group has changed that. I worked with Rick Whitewater who provided a level of service that was refreshing and has become exceedingly rare. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible deal for my loan maximizing my savings. The entire process was transparent and I felt that Rick was always acting in my best interests. I comped their mortgage offer against other brokers and could not come close to what they had to offer. They led with their best offer upfront avoiding preventing any unnecessary back and forth. My situation, like many, was a bit non-standard but Rick and his team did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I was refinancing my home and Rick provided advice and guidance on negotiating with my title company to further reduce my closing costs which saved me quite a bit more in the end. This would be my first choice for my future mortgage needs as they impressed me with their honest and transparent approach to an often opaque industry.

We first reached out to Rick Whitewater with Price Mortgage Group about five months ago at the recommendation of our realtor. We needed to get pre-qualified for a loan, and she said Rick was simply the best. And you know what??? She was right! Rick was patient and kind throughout the whole process! He answered all of our questions (we had several!), and he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire financing process. He listened to what we were looking for, and he found us the best lender and type of loan for our needs. His love for his work and care for his clients shines through in every conversation and email exchange we shared with him. I can't imagine having gone through this process without Rick—it was a relief to know we could trust his dedication and expertise! Thank you, Rick!

Responsiveness was the single most important factor to me and my wife when we were working with potential mortgage companies while we were refinancing. Even amidst the pandemic, Price Mortgage was incredibly quick to respond, and made sure our refinance went smoothly and seamlessly. On top of all of that we had an INCREDIBLE rate, and ended up saving quite a lot of money vs. your run-of-the-mill national mortgage brokers.

Professional, efficient and polite! Always kept me informed and explained everything upfront. Anytime I had any questions someone responded immediately. I had some unique issues with my loan and they navigated me through it flawlessly. The signing process was simple and under the current situation with COVID-19 was handled very safely. It was great to do business with a company that made the whole experience feel very personal and not treat you as just another client. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to others without hesitation.

Mr. Powell was great to work with and changed my perception of the what the home-buying experience could be. He was always available to me especially on nights and weekends which was necessary for me and my personal work schedule. My realtor found a gem in Robert and this company, I highly recommend giving him a call!

I wanted to thank Price Mortgage and Mr. Powell for stepping into an unfortunate situation and helping make sure we made it to the goal of owning the home we originally fell in love with. They did everything they could to rescue us and it will forever be appreciated. I never knew a lender could navigate such a "mine field" of loan issues but, they did it flawlessly....don't ever think that you cannot qualify for a home loan unless you have given them a call. They will be my lender for life and we recommend anyone in the market to make them your first choice!

I've used RC Powell for several mortgages (and refinances) over the years and will continue to use him. The mortgage process was flawless and his knowledge and professionalism is off the charts. I've referred several friends and family members who have all received the same satisfaction.

Fair warning to all! Run! We have lived in several states and bought and sold many homes over the years and have never experienced anything so unprofessional! We recently sold our home to a couple who unfortunately decided to use this company as their lender. If we had known what we were getting in to, we would never have accepted their offer and moved on to the next one! Mr. Whitewater sent us an approval letter on the seller's behalf so we accepted their offer to buy our home. Two days prior to the closing, and after we were asked to be moved out of our house, he realizes that he had approved them for two FHA loan's at once. Why in world he didn't check that out until just before closing is anybody's guess! Fast forward to over a month later and us over $3,000 out of pocket for a rental house and storage for our stuff, while Mr Whitewater tries to figure out how to get his paperwork together ! He refused to communicate with the two realtors involved and was extremely rude when he did! We were also told by our title company that they had never worked with anyone so unprofessional or rude as well. All 3 of these other people representing 3 other companies have informed us that they will never work with Price mortgage again in the future and will be warning their future clientele!

I have used Nancy with price mortgage group for almost 12 years now for a reason. She is responsive, polite, and knows her stuff. I will continue to give Price mortgage group my business as they are the best local lender around!
