My relationship with state farm is out of convenience. If you have great agents it could be debated with progressive, and I didn't have to think about insurance, if at all. If I ever did need something they quickly and kindly took care of it. They stayed competitive. It was pleasant.

I have had car insurance with State Farm (Jennifer Lowder, Agent) since 2005. It's always a pleasant experience when I visit the office. It's at a great location near me.

Extremely friendly as soon as you walk through the door! Polite and helpful agents!! They were amazing at getting me incredible coverage for Life, Home and Auto!!! Great agency that treats you like a somebody and not just a policy number!

I know that I can pay my bill online, but I love to call the office and talk to Jennifer’s team. They are always so polite and prompt in getting things done! When I was at your office last, I asked Keily if your office had employee of the month. She said, no we don’t. I just wanted to share, if you did, Keily would definitely be who I would nominate. Her enthusiasm, kind spirit, and tenacity is impressive. She has worked diligently, and continually for my family, always taking my call with an upbeat attitude. Insurance is not a fun expense. Tanya made switching our insurance last minute easier than ever! EDIT: I thought everything was too good to be true and I was right. My insurance went up $65 on the 3rd month of my policy. Tanya had applied discounts to my policy to make it cheaper so I would get the insurance and didn’t disclose any information about the discounts needing action to be taken which caused my premium to increase by $65. I feel like Tanya just wanted to get a sale and used me by not disclosing information about my policy. She doesn’t even work at this office anymore so I can’t even ask her about what happened. I will be switching insurance when my policy is up.

I have been a customer of this agency since I was 16 when it was Gene "Coach" Waits' agency. As we can all see there are insurance commercials every other one. I was considering shopping around until I got a follow up call from Shauna regarding several ways she found to save me more money monthly. What a great experience! The team is great, has a great attitude and has a drive to serve and I love that.
