We recently has a terrible experience with John, who is the manager for this area, he’s a mean spirited man. I’ve been a customer since 2012 and thinking I’ll never return nor send business to this establishment. Customer service is key!!

It took me three tries to get ahold of the office, despite me calling an hour before closing time. Than before I even finished my sentence to wrap up the conversation, I was abruptly hung up on. She didn’t even ask if I had any other questions or properly end the conversation. If she’s this rude over the phone, what’s stopping her from being rude in person?

I have been dealing with this company for almost a year. They are always friendly and kind. I will happily refer folks to them because they make the lending process a snap. Keep it up girls!

Applied online was told I would get a call back. Didnt get a call back so I drove from Cottonwood to Prescott Valley only to be told that it was 5:30 and the loan could not be completed by their closing time of 6pm. I explained I had applied on line so they checked it and found my app. It was then explained that they only loan on 97 and newer vehicles. I did not see this on their web site. My truck is a 95 F250 4x4 in almost showroom condition that I could sell for an easy $5k and probably $8500 on a good day. They said if the value was enough they could possibly do the loan, but whatever value site they use only came back at $1080. So there it is, they will loan 1/5 of the value at 60 plus percent interest. Yes its better than 145 percent but still usery any way you slice it. Do yourself a favor, sell the car, get the money you need and quit lining greedy pockets. I am really glad they couldnt do the loan.
