This company is as shady as they com My boyfriend had 2 loans with them that he paid iff. months later he finds out , after they take his truck, that they say he has another loan with them. He did not. There are at least or 4 account numbers that don't match any records we have. And when they took the truck they did not give more than a in few daysnituce and somehow did a rush job and transfered the title into their name. It's a liww crawling fraudulent business. Don't use them or you risk being robbed.

Overall. I was very satisfied. The people were helpful cheerful and enjoyable to speak with. They were diligent and called me heck in. They were very helpful and made things easier with quick answers and patience because I had no idea what I was doing. They ask for a lot, but I feel it's worth it. It's safer that somewhere than trying to get a loan somewhere that they don't care. They want to help you because it also helps them. However I ended up not getting a loan at all, so this review is strictly the pre approval experience. But I was very satisfied with their service and staff and I would go back if I did need a loan.

I have been to Presto Loan Centers four times and they have always been quick and efficient each time I have used their service. Martin, the assistant manager at Presto Loan center on Indian School, always greets me with a smile and does everything he can to make my requests happen!

Martin been helping me a lot and make you feel comfortable about the process during this times. The process was easy and they don’t mind going the extra mile to help you out. The staff at this location was very helpful too. I would recommend Presto Loans.

Worst company I have ever worked with. After almost 2 months and 3 phone calls I was finally able to get my title released. It was only after I called that the title was finally released. After almost another month and 2 more phone calls I was told well we released the title and put it in the mail so it is no longer our issue if you have not received it. Once we release the title it is no longer our responsibility. This was told to me from the manager. Terrible place to work with. Very poor customer service.

I've had my share title loans in the past but nobody can beat them they are wonderful the staff is on point the fees are the lowest you'll find and they're always conveniently there for you I recently borrowed 1,000 on my car I paid it back within the month and was only charged $4 for the loan I mean where are you going to get that type of deal nowhere you got to love them!! Better than family and you can always rely on them to be there

Being a business owner is rough and sometimes you need that little leverage to get by for the week. Martin help me out with loaning me some cash. I got approved for less then I wanted but Martin help me to get closer to what I needed. Fast and great service. Ask for Martin

Fast and easy process, employees were very friendly and kind. Adilene Arroyo was such a great help during our loan process. Would highly recommend friends and friendly to come here when needed.

I have a loan with Title Max and they say they can give you a cheaper rate have it all over bill boards however I went and was denied. Title Max approved me on 2 vehicles 3k for one and 4k for the other. I paid off Title Max hoping to get a loan at Presto for less but was quickly denied and had to go crawling back to Title Max. They ask for more criteria and have stricter requirements.

If your looking for a quick loan for any reason, Presto Auto Title Loans is the place to go..I rate them a 10+... (If I could) They have great Customer Service, and when you go in to apply for a loan they make you feel very comfortable and they answer all your questions. I have used them a few times and the application process was very easy. And when they say your loan will be paid off in so many months..that was very true and their rates are good. Anytime I had questions about my loan, they always answered my questions. The Owners and Management are the BEST!! I don't write reviews..but they have always been there for me and I thought I would write this. So if your looking for a Title Loan on your Vehicle, This is the place to go. Roger
