Luke and his team have done a great job of several transactions for us, but our recent home purchase was a "double home run" of sorts from he and his great team. Luke was able to get us secured on an amazing property that fitted our family's needs in a very competitive situation (Even when we didn't have the most enticing offer the buyer received!) We got the property of our dreams secured, and to go even farther above and beyond, Luke was able to help us by putting that property in escrow under his investment firm, until we were able to bring our current property to market and get it sold. Without Luke and his team, we would not have been able to secure this property. He was able to come through for us BIG TIME first with the initial work to get us under contract, and then again by making sure we were able to get into the property we so desperately wanted. My wife and I just had the absolute pleasure of working with the Prestigio Real Estate team on our first home purchase! Melynda, Danielle and Luke went absolutely above and beyond for us.
