When I ran into a few hiccups during underwriting, another loan officer dismissed me with, “There’s nothing more I can do.” But Jill refused to accept that answer. She knew my deal would fall through, and I would be homeless, if my loan fell apart. So she worked tirelessly over the weekend and at night – working closely with Fannie Mae – to make the full amount of my loan happen. Jill is the reason I was able to close on my home. She is a tenacious advocate. Her communication is exceptional. She demonstrates integrity at every turn. Jill goes above and beyond to take care of her clients because she truly cares. I can’t say enough good things about Jill Hartman!

Do yourself a favor, GO TO JILL FIRST. We initially went through another lender and didn't have the best experience. Jill was able to take over where they left off and got us closed on our closing date with ZERO issues or hiccups. Not to mention, her rates were better!
