I done business there for 20 years easy, I take my guns an bows over for a sort of storage to keep them safe, I had my bow there and a couple guns. We had discussed me being late extensively and had the agreement they knew my circumstances of bad health and why I left them there, they agreed they would never sell my stuff, I owed 25 on 1000 $ crossbow, I was 2 months late, it was 10 bucks, I go to pay and they had it up for sale, needless to say, dont take them on their word or u will regret it, I pulled all my stuff and wont be back.

I go there a lot those guys in Chester store will haggle .they alwAys treat me very well .

I have been going to Prestige since they 1st opened and I have always been treated fair and with respect. A few times I was late making my payment and they were nice and said just bring it in as soon as you can. What other pawn shop does that for ya? NOBODY!!!!

Prestige Pawn is a fantastic place to do business. The men are wonderful. Very very fair and so kind. Do business there and you won't be sorry.

This place is a joke. I bought a game and when i got home it didnt even work. I called and the person working was beyond rude. I went to the shop the next day and asked for my money back. They said no refunds and I could only exchange the game for another one in the selection. So I chose a game and was on my way. When I got home to test the second game, again, it didnt work. I went back to the store a few days later and exchanged for a game that was brand new so I wouldn't be scammed again. As if this experience wasn't bad enough, they had placed the game that I initially bought right back in the display case for sale again as "in working condition". Just terrible business ethics. I guess it is a pawn shop, but come on!!!

This is the best pawn shop to go to. The men in their treat you very well. But if you try to pull a fast one on them..... watch out!! I've been going over there for 10 years I'm pretty sure

Brought in a Jennings .22 pistol and was told that "due to the low demand" he could only offer me $15 for it. After refusing the offer and leaving, a costumer followed me out and made me an offer of $40 wile in the parking lot. After it was all said and done, we agreed on a price of $65... These guys at the pawn shop couldn't buy a clue... No thanks

Warning this place will rip you off in a heartbeat, I was in this place on 9/14/2019 to sell/trade Harmon Kardon Onyx Studio 4 speaker with the hard backpack case that is in excellent condition, I seen a dewalt dcf894 1/2 impact with a dcb205 battery (5ah) with a price sticker on it for $185 this is used, so I asked about an extra dcb205 battery (5ah) and charger which were also used, I was told grand total would be before tax $350 then was told he would knock off $30 for a discount, now its down to $320 and then give me $75 for my speaker which would be $245 but said give me $240 cash and your speaker, then tried to bs me that the batteries are $130 bucks a piece in the stores and the impacts are $250 and his partner there said the battery charger alone is $100 totaling out to by there bs $610, I don't think so, I looked up the dewalt dcf894 1/2 impact online and found it new shipped to my door for $115 then I found the dewalt dcb205-2 2 battery pack for $80 shipped to my door and a new dewalt dcb115 20 volt battery charger for $27 shipped to my door same charger they had, which makes a grand total for new $222 for the same items that prestige pawn wanted $240 used for plus my speaker, what cons, so I guess if your desperate, prestige pawn is the place for you to get screwed PS. While I was there when they both tried to (pair) there phones to the Harmon Kardon Onyx 4 Bluetooth connection they said it wouldn't pair, so that they can give me less money for my speaker saying it was broke, buttttt, haha I brought my own ipod that paired with it just fine

They will pay out what your items are worth as long as your good about payment back great deals on items they have I left happy every time highly recommended

I've had pretty good experiences here. I've never pawned anything just bought, but they do have a nice layaway set up.
