I have dealt with many banks in the years past. Woodforest is by far the best of them all. Safe location, easy access, excellent staff with good old fashioned kindness & understanding. I have called the 800 number and they are very good, too.

Horrible customer service! Went to close an account weeks ago it was never closed out and I'm receiving fees for negative balances! Called and they can't help over the phone of course we have to go back in and sign papers that were already signed!

Poor service when they are actually open. Never the same people. They change tellers faster than anywhere i have ever seen.
