Fhonda and Jennifer are both very responsive and will do whatever possible to help. Today I am buying a Tesla and they made the process painless and easy. Part of what I like is how organized and well managed their system is. In my situation, there was an unexpected absence and some one was able to continue the process without any delay based on the good records. It was great!!! I have worked with Prestige to purchase 3 cars now over the last 10 years and it has always been great. At this point, I no longer shop around when I need a loan. Hooked!

UPDATE: 1. This post still praises Jamie from Prestige. She is absolutely the most helpful person I have ever met throughout the world of financial institutions. It is not her fault that their systems are inefficient and ineffective. She is the best but she has to work with their resources which are limited in many ways. 2. Only use this credit union for very basic transactions, it cannot keep up with IT.

Vanessa Martin is fantastic! Prestige happens to be a shared branch of my credit union from out of state, so I visited them to get a cashiers check for closing funds on a house. Everything should have gone smoothly, but my credit union was having some issue with the request for the withdrawal. Vanessa stayed on the phone with them for over half an hour, and well passed closing, trying to troubleshoot the issue. She verified everything was correct on my end and endured getting passed around from person to person on the phone with no real resolution to the problem. My credit union couldn’t even tell her what their own problem was, which was causing the issue in the first place. I was stressed and unhappy with this result, but agreed to come back the next day and try again with Vanessa, and hope that my credit union had straightened their stuff out. Not 10 minutes later I get a call from Prestige saying my credit union had called Vanessa back with a possible fix, and she continued to work on it with me on the phone, and amazingly ended up solving the problem! I cannot thank her enough for being so patient and willing to continue helping me when it seemed this was a dead-end issue. On a time crunch and having already taken time off work to come in and get this done, she was an absolute live saver! Thank you Vanessa Martin!!

I have been a member at Prestige for a few years now and it is seriously the best banking experience I have ever had! The ladies at the front are always nice and are more than helpful. They always greet you by name and offer you a cold beverage (I always leave "with a coke and a smile")I really feel like family when I'm there! I would say the biggest help has been the credit department, they set me up with a secured card and credit builder loan that has helped my credit immensely! They were even able to get me approved for an excellent auto loan with payments that were half of what the dealer quoted. I honestly can't say enough good things about Fhonda and the entire team at Prestige!

Our loan officer was great: we got a wonderful <3% rate for our new Prius C car and really appreciated the personal service, friendly advice and professional manner with which we were treated. This is my 3rd loan from Prestige and I've never had a bad experience with them. Many thanks.

My boyfriend and I talked about getting an account through a credit union for some time and today was the day to open one. I searched online before coming to Prestige and I couldn’t be more satisfied. We came 10 minutes before closing and were greeted with smiles. We explained that we wanted to open an account and were assisted by Jeanie. She was very professional, extremely nice and helping, and patient. She explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. If anyone one is looking into opening an account with a credit union, definitely look into Prestige Credit Union.

I've been with Prestige for over 3 years and the service has always been the same, awesome. I had an medial emergency a while back and needed a procedure done but didn't quite have enough in my account I was able to get a quick cash loan within a few hours no hassle or anything just a quick yes and I'm very thankful to have such an awesome credit union I know a bank wouldn't have went out of their way to help like prestige would. Sometimes I may have a question about my account Hosea usually answers my call he is always so nice, kind and helpful.

They offer the very best banking experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Great employees who are willing to go out of their way to resolve any issues or concerns. They have made all of our transactions seamless and simple. We have used them to purchase 5 vehicles and never once have we had to set at dealership and haggle pricing, and we have signed all paper work from comfort of our own home. Jacqueline gave excellent customer service assistance with my concerns about my checking account. She carefully listen to what my needs were with my account and then followed up with a solution. Fhonda made it really easy to get approved and drive the car I wanted right off the lot the same day and not only are their rates better than any other big bank around , they also refinance as well so I’ll be saving alot in the long run. the customer service level was top notch. I don’t think I’ll buy a new car any other way than through prestige. Thank you guys!

Today started terribly with trying to cash a check at CHASE BANK & PLS CASH CHECKING, but all that ended when I stepped inside the branch of Prestige community credit union. Ms. Denise welcomed me in with open arms, was very understanding and very sweet, and with a quickness. She called the sister branch and verified everything was correct, and it was confirmed to be a valid check. I couldn't cash the check without opening up an account, but why not when you're in business for yourself. This was when I met two other beautiful women that also helped me with opening arms, Ms. Jamie and Ms. Caroline. They professionally opened my account and created my debit card. For the most part word of mouth has always said that Credit Unions are the best when compared to main stream banks. Its the best and I am confident it will continue it the same manner. Possibly the worst experience I've had with a credit union or bank. I paid off my auto loan, but they still took out $600 from auto-pay, after I made sure it was cancelled. It took several phone calls and discussions with various employees to figure out how to get my money back. After a week of a lot of unknowns and failed promises to have my money returned to my account it finally was. I decide to not use this account any more so I transferred my money to another credit union and they charged me $25 to do so. I will not use this CU again.
