I was knowingly sold a faulty car. The check engine light and EPC light came on the same day I purchased the car. Also a shield behind the brake pads came loose and started making a loud noise. I told the salesman about the problems the next day. A day later he told me to bring it in the following day for maintenance. I brought the car back to the dealership and it took three days for somebody to tell me something about the car. Nobody called me. I had to call them. I finally spoke to the dealership's mechanic and he told me it would be ten days before he could even look at the car. I asked the salesman for a loaner car while I wait and I was told there are no loaner vehicles available. Now I have to pay for a rental car. So I told the salesman I no longer want the car. First they tried to force me to keep the car. Then they showed me other cars but the cars that were showed to me were all junk cars and not worth buying. I asked to just be let out of my contract and refunded my down payment because I was sold a faulty car that could not be repaired in a suitable time frame. I was told by the manager that they don't do refunds. The bank never finalized the deal so I should have been able to be refunded my money for being sold a faulty vehicle. Don't waist your time and money at prestige Auto Sales in Huntington valley.

Everything was designed to get you through the sales than Everything fell apart I had to get over 4000$ of repairs done. Fuel lines were rotting away, put just enough freon in it to make you think it had AC, vile and dishonest do NOT buy your used car from this company they will scam you

I went there to get a car after being turned down from many places because of my credit. I had filled out an app and got a call from Remy not only did he say I was approved but for a 2017 Elantra Hyundai unfortunately I found out my License was suspended and I had to return back the car. I went got my licenses restored and was put into a even decent car a 2017 Nissan Sentra sv. Remy, Andy and Bruce all took care of me. If your looking for a car and great customer service and ppl who mean what they say get with them. Many place will tell you anything to get you to come in and leave with nothing but this places they work with u. Thank you always a forever customer

Have bought many cars but this is my 1st experience with Prestige & it definitely won't be my last. Mike was my salesman and can honestly say this was the best car shopping experience I've ever had, he was knowledgeable, honest, and truly listened to me when I told him what I was looking for in a car. He took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me cars that I hadn't even thought of but had everything I wanted and more. I bought a 2012 Honda Accord that I absolutely love thanks to Mike and his finance manager Gee. They made my experience at Prestige A.S. great I would definitely recommend requesting Mike to my friends and family should they want to purchase a vehicle. Prestige is lucky to have such a great all round employees.

The overall experience at Prestige Auto was fantastic. I found Prestige through Google, and decided to check it out. I was set on the 2014 Malibu that I saw on their website. The salesman, Wally, was able to quickly and smoothly take us through the purchase process. Our APR is 5.99%. I would highly recommend Prestige if you are interested in low stress, haggle free car buying. Thank you Tom and Wally for the straight forward transaction with minimal worry, you guys are great. Actually, all the staff is friendly and made us happy. The car we bought is perfect, even though it has 37K+ miles. They even washed it right before we took it. When I can find the best cars for sale at the best price at Prestige in Philadelphia, why would I look anywhere else?? the system is great. you go on line, pick a make and model, get the best price and have the car delivered to your home. The quality of service I received from Prestige Auto Sales was the best I have ever experienced. From my initial contact with Ms. Jenelle, she was very studious and displayed a positive attitude. Although I have credit issues that could make it virtually impossible to secure a loan, Jenelle almost guaranteed that a concerted effort would be made to secure a car loan despite these issues. With-in 20 minutes of my visit to Prestige, Ms. Jenelle and another Manager(name unknown) inform me that I was approved for a car loan. They even drove me to the bank to withdraw the funds needed as a down payment on my new car. This experience, by far was the best customer service that I have ever received from any company. If you are looking for a company that has excellent vehicles, and amazing customer service, Prestige Auto Sales is the place.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Prestige Auto Sales in Philadelphia. As usual, we had an extremely great experience with the purchase. Our salesman, Mike was very knowledgeable about the auto we were seeking. Further, he and Ron jumped through MANY hoops trying to find the "right fit" for our needs AS WELL AS financing and trade-in. As I told many of my friends, we will NEVER buy a vehicle anywhere else unless we have TOTALLY EXHAUSTED all options at Prestige. Truthfully, between the previous custom service experiences we have had with other dealers, there is NO logical reason to shop ANYWHERE else!! The sales staff try extremely hard to ensure our satisfaction and needs are met in every way possible. Keep up the GREAT work Prestige!!!

I am very happy with the great service I received from Alex at Prestige Auto Sales when I purchased my Toyota Camry. They have the best selection of gently used cars for sale. He made the whole process easy including the financing. I will be back to this used car dealer here for my next car.

I bought 2013 ME/BE C300 from Prestige end of May, 2015. I am from NY, I could not find this car in NY so I took a bus to PA. They picked me up at bus station. They had few C300. So it was hard to choose but I got the one with sport package. Also they got me pre-approved and I was kind of worried if they will be able to get me financed, since my credit is not perfect. Many places say pre-approved but once you get to dealership terms change. Not at this dealership. It took 2 hours to sign all papers and drive back the car, which I thought a little longer than usual. They said its longer because of temp plates. All around I am in love with my car, no problems. I took it to Mercedes service and all was good. The reason I am writing this review, is that I received a call from Prestige to find out how's the car and if my experience with them is satisfactory. It moved me. I was not expecting it. All I can say that I will recommend to them my friends and family, and will buy my next one with them. Thanks Ron and Van the man.

I purchased last week another 2014 Chrysler 300 vehicle from Prestige Auto sales. I went back to them because of their prices, understanding of what the customer's needs and what they want are. Last year my salesman was Mike this year is Wally who got me a great deal and I was in and out quickly and stayed within my budget. Special thanks to Tom and Gee in the Finance Dept. It was a pleasure dealing with Wally, Mike, Tom and Gee.

I'm not the type to write reviews, but I will definitely make and exception for Alex of Prestige Auto. I cannot say enough good things about him and my car buying experience. He is an invaluable asset to his company and he made my car buying experience stress-free which should be emulated by other dealers. No pressure, every question answered, tons of patience - my impression is I made a wise and informed purchase versus being "sold". He picked me up at the airport (on a Saturday!) and allowed me to test drive the vehicle at my own pace with no rush. I must mention the exemplary service AFTER the sale AFTER I drove the vehicle home eleven hours. When I'm in the market for a new vehicle Alex will be my first call, period. End of Sermon.

Writing this review right from Prestige to brag about the car my brother getting. As I am waiting for my brother to get plates for his new 2011 Escalade. Me and my family bought 4 cars from Prestige. I always wanted to write a review about Prestige, but Google is not making it easy to do it from my phone. The team of Prestige takes all the drama out of buying a car. Actually they got this Escalade for us special order, black all out exterior and interior, 3rd row & TV's. Their financing options are very competitive I could not get a better deal anywhere else, All around very Happy. And their cars are certified, they upfront with all questions, and do take care of problems if they any. We actually had a minor issue with our previous purchase, it was fixed, no questions asked. Definitely, I'll be considering Prestige for my next car purchase! I recommend this place to my friends and family.

Dishonest car dealer. His name is Alex. He keep my $295 deposit and did not apply it to the purchase price of vehicle. Then he said all delivery cost would be included in sales price, but when it arrived at my house the transportation company informed me there was a $500 COD fee I must pay to get car unloaded. I had already wired money for vehicle to seller. He said he would pay me back on PayPal, but never did.

I recently bought a car from Prestige, my sales representative was Van the man ::) and he was a pleasure to work with, very helpful and professional. I and my family love the car we bought and it was a good price. I give Van and Prestige both a big thumbs up. And I highly recommend buying from here!!! Their selection of cars is huge. We fell in love with more than one but were only be able to afford the one in our budget. I took it to my mechanic and he said very good buy that he sees new brakes, recent oil change and car is in perfect condition. I was also told that car is still under original manufacturer warranty. After my mechanic inspection I felt like writing a review for Prestige. And here I am. Thank you Van and Prestige again. Will be back.

Great experience, very satisfied! We came to the Prestige to look for a car for my sister and bought 2013 Hyundai Elantra in black. Ron was absolutely the best person I have ever bought a car from, hands down!! Polite, friendly, personable and respectful. Explained everything very well to me and got us financed & driving. He is definitely an asset to your company! I never felt like pushy or anything. He made me feel welcome.

I decided on Prestige auto due to some Good reviews and research online and they didn't disappoint. Van the man and Gee helped me out and did great making me feel welcome and comfortable. They didn't pressure me and made sure that I was completely satisfied before I signed anything. Gee got a great rate even with my credit and looked out for me every step of the way. I spent about 3 weeks researching different dealers and it was ultimately the reviews about Prestige (plus the large selection and that it was not far from my house) that made me decide to go there. I initially made contact with Ron Miraglia, the finance specialist. I explained my situation and he assured me that everything would turn out fine. I had worries about my credit and not getting approved for a car as well as how the trade in and payoff on my old car would work. I set up my appointment and went in. He set me up with Mike Butler. They definitely let you be to look around and not feel any kind of pressure, which is great! He gave tips on what type of car to essentially look for to better the chances for bank approval. Lucky for me, I already knew what vehicle I wanted and was able to find it. I was shocked when they said I can test drive it alone. I fell in love with the car immediately and was driving home with it that night. I was extremely happy with my experience and will recommend everyone to go there.

I found a nice car for a reasonable price and the staff helps EVERYONE! I'm also able to raise my credit when I make payments which is a plus. They also make you feel like family instead of a customer so these guys are awesome ❤

Well, to make it as simple as possible this auto lot only cares about money. They could care less about their clientele or your needs. I had set an appointment with the owner (Dan) to see a vehicle after work clearly made it noted that I was I pretty much going to purchase this vehicle I just wanted to test run it first. So i stop at their Lawnside location after I just got done work (I have a hectic schedule) to meet dan and do some paperwork to come to find out they sold it to someone else.. I had my heart set on this vehicle and their absolute disregard to even inform me they had sold it from under me told me all I need to know about prestige. So if you like to be treated well as a customer this isn’t the place for you.

I usually don’t write reviews but my experience with Prestige Auto Sales in particular BIG MIKE was excellent. He was very professional, he was well versed on the vehicle and whatever he said he made it happen. I highly recommend Prestige this was by far the best experience I have had with any car dealership ever. Customer service is Best!!!
