    My review is not necessarily based on the location although it is a hot mess. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 6 years and everything has gone smoothly for the last few years until I found myself in a tight spot. We all are in tight spots now day and I know I am no different but it is insane being charged over 140 dollars in overdraft fees while recently moving and being in a tight spot plus I get paid every 2 weeks . I called to see if I could get most of the fees waived but the absolute best they could do was 70 out of the complete total. After 6 loyal years and always in a good standing with them. I am honestly just going to pay up what I owe and close my account. You guys lost my business and I know a few other banks that actually take care of their customers especially in these hard times.

    This branch should have more tellers at first week of the month, the lines are ridiculous long and the wait is worse. The parking area is a mess cars even on the sidewalks. Seriously should get organized for those busy days.

    This bank has gotten much better since they stopped the hard sell tactics and trying to get you to open accounts that you do not need just so they can collect fees.

    The service at this branch is extremely slow. The employees walked back and forth and some even walked out while there were over 7 people waiting.

    I will never return to this location. I am a construction contractor and I guess my appearance wasn't up to the bank teller Emily's standards because she scrutinized me and asked a ridiculous amount of questions about where I obtained the check I was trying to deposit even though it was in my name and all the paper work she made me show her was in order. After 30 minutes of nonsense I became impatient and asked what the hold up was to which she responded, "If you give me attitude I will not deposit your check." I asked for my check back since she was incapable and unwilling to complete the transaction for me, went outside to the machine and deposited the check in less than 2 minutes. She was unprofessional, disrespectful and rude doesn't even begin to describe her attitude. Not only did she make me feel like a thief but also discriminated against. Wells Fargo needs to update their customer service training.

    The staff here are amazing, especially Ms Priscilla, Ms. Bianca and Ms. Jovi. There very helpful they always greet you with a smile and makes our banking needs less stressful. Thank you and keep up the good work.

    This place has the slowest service in the hole world. I would give it the oscar prize for the weakest slowest stupidest service in the history of banks. No offense but it's true I've been there several times.

    This place is always slow and doesn't provide the expected customer service because it's always busy and the line is long honestly I believe that the tellers here in this bank take thier time with customers while other customers are in a rush.

    Every time I come here there is only two tellers working and the Business line window it took me 43 minutes to make a deposit. This branch sucks always long wait need to higher more staff
