As a real estate agent with 15 years experience who has closed hundreds of real estate transactions, I have never experienced such a terrible closing as the one I had with Preserve Title recently. Total chaos and a closing appointment that should have taken one hour, lasted 4 hours. The closer didn’t have all the paperwork, some of it needed corrections and it was all out of order. It was by far the worst closing experience of my entire career. A total embarrassment. Additionally, my multiple emails to the title company President, Tim Hero, have gone unanswered.
