From beginning to end the process was well organized, and communicated. I needed to do some work on my credit score, Carl was helpful with guiding me through what would help the best. I was pre approved about a year ahead of my schedule. Once we settled on a house, getting all necessary paperwork in was a constant back and forth between his team and me. They were all super nice and patient as we gathered documents. All of it was all on line and easy. I couldn't be more thankful for Carl and his teams help through this process.
