We were very happy with our experience with Premium Mortgage. Alex was extremely professional from start to finish. Pre-approval was a breeze and much of the information we were able to fill in ahead of our appointment time. Communication was always prompt and completing paper work along the way was no issue at all. Of course, it helps if you stay on top of updating your file as you go (income paystubs, etc). In doing so, we were able to get ahead of schedule with Premium and even had our clear to close issued ahead of schedule during this pandemic. The only thing keeping us from closing sooner was the title search which was on the attorney end, not Premium. We still were able to close exactly 2 months from the time we signed a contract to buy. Highly recommend Alex and the rest of the people at Premium!
