I am a new Realtor and had my first closing on August 3, 2017. The deal could go down in history as being one of the most incredible roller coaster rides in real estate history. What a great experience! I am Italian and moved to Florida this year with the idea of ​​buying a house. Being at a distance, I started to look for an amortization program online that could do for me. Getting a jumbo loan is harder than ever to get. I called two other mortgage companies that I've got over 10 mortgages with in the past 5 years that couldn't help me.
