    It used to be great back when it was Schools Credit Union but it’s gone downhill ever since. That’s why I now do my banking at Golden1.

    While their Assist Manager Amanda is amazing and Associate Allison was super helpful. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! If they took the care at the front end of taking care of their customers as they do at the backend of putting out the fire from their failure to provide amazing service this review would be very different. I am willing to put up with missteps but I expect to be treated with kindness and respect upon repairing those missteps. I have found when you reach Amanda the Assist Manager that happens but you definitely may have a different experience before her. I also don't believe that it should take 8 days, three phone calls, two missed phone calls, and a trip into your branch to update my phone number. Further. If the person who is going to update my number needs to call me back, they must do so in a timely manner and not a day and a half later. Then fail to leave me a direct phone number to call them back at and start the entire loop all over again 🙃. The people who took the message were great but for some reason were not empowered to accomplish this simple task. They had full access to my bank account and could provide me any information about it that I needed. But were not able to update my phone number or transfer me to someone who could...they both tried. It was the second person who suggested that a trip to your branch would be faster. Unfortunately my work schedule made that impossible for another 4 business days. Can't imagine how this should be this difficult of a task to take this much of my time. The fact that you get my money to me in such a timely manner and don't charge so many fees is beginning to be lost in your failure to treat me with human kindness and respect. If it were not for Amanda and Allison I am sure I would no longer be your customer. And frankly, if these incidents continue even they won't save my business. I have not shared publicly all that has gone wrong at your credit union.

    Went into the lodi branch to handle a situation with my checking account and the lodi staff was amazing!! Especially Frankie. He went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I can not thank him enough!! Thank you Frankie you were amazing!!!

    Frankie teller 262 is the best. Always in a great mood and helps me and my father everytime with a smile. Go see him for your financial services and you won't be disappointed.

    I called today to ask if their lobby was open and the person said that it was until 5:30 after waiting 15 minutes to talk to a representative. We drove 40 miles to find that the bank was completely closed! So frustrated, with gas prices so high, we don't have the money to be wasting driving around!!!!

    Apparently this bank does not cash checks issued by their clients. The most useless bank I've ever seen in my life.

    Franky is the absolute BEST. Always makes me feel at home when I come and is always able to resolve anything I have problems with. Works around my work schedule as it is the same time they operate. He has honestly made my banking experience the best since I have been with the company

    To the entire management team and staff of the premier community Credit union I would like to share with you A philosophy of mine concerning character. As a child I was raised in the environment of both spiritual and a business atmosphere and if you’re going to have peace and be successful in your life the one common denominator in both of these areas is your character. Having the philosophy to serve others and to be compassionate is the main ingredient for peace. Having passion and practicing the commitment for professionalism and ethics will enhance your chances for a successful business. Today I would like to congratulate you for having an employee that possesses all of these qualities. My visit to the bank on Friday, August 6, 2021 was business oriented when I entered the bank at 4:30 I was the 18th in line the bank was swamped I waited patiently as I noticed a gentleman being helped by A young man named Frankie you know him as teller 0262 everyone had observed that he had a challenging customer the man was frustrated loud and a bit rude everyone heard him say that he had over 40 business deposits and he was unhappy with the bank. Frankie was calm patient professional and treated him respectfully when it was my turn to be helped I happen to get Frankie as My teller I congratulated him on his professionalism and patience with the rude gentleman and was honest with him and told him I also had over 20 deposits myself and offered to wait for the next teller to give him a break he immediately reassured me that the customer is the lifeblood of the business and it was his pleasure to serve me . I again offered to allow another teller to help me so he could catch his breath but he insisted. My transaction took nearly to closing time Frankie was professional passionate courteous and caring when he was finished processing all 21 of my checks nothing was left undone and there were no errors I had already processed my balance sheet and his Numbers matched mine perfectly. I would pray this organization recognizes how valuable and important an employee like Frankie is for your establishment and reward him with opportunities of promotion and success for it is representatives like these settings examples of character that keeps loyal customers coming back Frankie clearly has the qualities that any establishment would thrive to promote I have been a loyal patron for nearly 20 years and have seen a lot of good representatives promoted from the teller position I will be watching closely to see Frankie make it to the other side of the glass remember all of our competitors are also searching for these qualities in their employees let’s keep the edge on our side SINCERELY MICHAEL A.     4/19/2021 my Mother and I spoke to a manager that assured us that her new debit card would be sent out rush for $25.00 fee. She still has not received it! Called in this morning and was told it would be out within 7 - 10 days. And since her health and mobility is not well most of her bills are late. According to my Mother this has been going on since February. This is very disappointing, I am not happy at all with the service.
