She blessed us tremendously by sending itemized lists of the tasks that needed to be completed. I let Jose know that I was in serious need of assistance in completing the tasks due to time constraints he told me to reach out to Nohelia. She was most accommodating. She allowed me to come into the office without an appointment and at the time that was convenient for me. She completed the tasks once I provided the vital information, allowing me to continue to run my business while I was in her office. From that moment forward all we had to do was wait for closing docs and sign them. Nohelia allowed me to make valuable use of my time which is the only commodity that we can't get more of, and for that I am eternally grateful.

This lending company was very unprofessional and misleading. I had to reach out constantly for updates. Told me I needed a certain amount in savings to buy a condo/townhouse and once I had that they started asking for other stuff. I provided everything they asked in a timely manner. I made more money this year at my job then the previous years and the rep was saying I made less money. Will not be buying a house with this company moving forward. Jessica Fosgate was a waste of my time.
