Premier Bank Clinton St, Defiance

This is a great bank have had no issues with them since I started with them over 30yrs ago at least I think is been that long. It's still a great bank even though it changed its name from first federal bank to premier bank.

Your money gets deposited by direct deposit when they feel like doing it. Because we are a small business that isn't bringing in thousands a day I am trash to them and go to bottom of pile. Going back to state bank

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I love that no matter what branch I have gone to the staff has always treated me like a neighbor. They've always gone above and beyond in helping whether it be personal or business banking needs. I highly recommend Premier bank for all your banking needs.

Have been a customer for 27 years. Always receive timely, friendly, helpful customer service. I started a small business in 1990 and when I decided to move into a building in town this bank was the only bank that would take me seriously, work with me, help me, and take a chance on me. They have my loyalty and I’ve never been disappointed.

Please do not use Premier Bank. I have been attempting to get loan documentation for over a month and they will not honor the request. Trips to a branch serve no purpose as they direct you to the customer service line. Customer service line waits are typically around 30 minutes, and promised follow up is nonexistent. Please do not use Premier Bank for any banking service.

borrowers beware!!! this bank is terrible with money! they don't know how to handle escrow. customer service is non-existent. All I've done is make payments on time and this bank has given me more hassles than $300,000 is worth. screw premier bank.

Called to check on my husband’s loan and they don’t want give me any information. My husband works over 20 hours a day and don’t have time to be in these long waiting machine calls. I thought it was a local Bank but guess it is one more of those big “I don’t care about you” banks

I have had great experiences with this bank. Also when it was under First Federal..have had accounts there for years. People have always been friendly and competent.

Have a car loan with this bank. Put extra money on my monthly loan that i wrote was to be applied to the principal on the loan, they applied it to the loan not the principal; they did this for several months. Putting extra money on the principal every month pays the loan off a lot sooner.it took several calls to get the problem straighten out,my problem is,do the people at the bank read the correspondence from their customers,.God help you if you make a mistake with them for they probably would tell you. Are they just another money hungry Bank?

First off this is the worst bank in the area. Starting off with Kelly. She treats customers and employees like they are garbage always talking down about them but acting like their friends to their face. Secondly Brittany is lazy and rude to customers. The only one I go to anymore is Kelsey. She is an absolute delight always asking me how me and my wife are doing and how my day is and If we have anything special going on. Hopefully this place starts to change or they will be losing customers and it all starts with Kelly.
