I've been banking with Premier America for a very long time and I have never had a bad experience. I went in today and Darlene helped me with everything needed and is always willing to help with whatever I need. She always makes sure to have a smile on her face and has amazing customer service. I just wanted to say that I appreciate everything you guys do!

Some of the most hardworking and ever so helpful people I have ever met! With my hopes unsure, they helped me with my search for a car to help me get to work. Associate Rosa was very helpful and comforting. I cannot express how happy this experience has made me feel. I highly recommend trying this bank for any help you might need.

I had a pleasant experience all the staff was friendly and helpful. I want to mention Rosa Tapia because she helped me refinance my car. She was very proffessional and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me I highly recommend her and anyone looking to refinance their car, need a loan or have questions in general go in and ask all the staff is like family and ready to help. I shared my feedback with premier america credit union two months earlier. I come from the city of Camarillo. I walked into the branch to ask some questions and attain clarification regarding my account. I signed-in and had a seat in the waiting area and noticed another individual walked into the branch and signed-in, then a third person came in and sat down and I instructed him to sign-in. One of three, account services reps picked up the sign-in roster and read off a name but did not bother to ask for the last name, for example, Mr. Adams are you still here. The person who signed-in after I did, stood up immediately and walked away with the account services rep. I had to call out in a loud voice and asked the rep if I were not as "valuable a customer" as the person she took ahead of me? I immediately lectured the the account rep asking her if this was the practice in this branch. Play dumb, stand up and cut in front of the person who has been waiting patiently? I expressed how I had addressed this type of cultural rudeness two months earlier in a branch survey. Unfortunately, I find that some employees perpetuate the cultural rudeness that I have come to disdain. Although the account reps are very knowledgeable, I find that the Oxnard branch caters to folks who feel entitled to cut-in, interrupt, or cut off other customers and think nothing of it. I was instilled with values of common courtesy as a child, it is clear...that I will not return to this branch again.

I bank here because of my parents. Good choice despite that the original bank when my parents first started has been bought out a few times but we stuck by them. Awesome staff that some know us by our names. Good location. Never had a problem. I still bank with them even though I moved to another state.

I really enjoy going to Premier America, people there are extremely nice and helpful, I always feel welcome and acknowledged. There's a big difference with big banks that I prefer not to support. My favourite person there is Darlene, she is always willing to help, always with a nice and kind attitude. She cares about those little details, for instance always keep in mind that I love saving paper so she send receipts via email. I have recommended this bank to many friends and family members. Nothing but great experiences there.

Miriam is the nicest rep from this branch. She helped me finance and refinance my auto loan AND helped me get a student credit card. I now have a great credit score and a great low rate on my auto loan. She’s the greatest and I recommend her (and premier america) to everyone I know.

I love going to premiere America bank! The service there is always good, my favorite person there is Darlene. She is always willing to help and is always super sweet.
