Premier America Credit Union N Hollywood Way, Burbank

This place was awesome, the customer service was on point, and the assistance needed by my mom also on a perfect on point service. I don't mine going over the hill to receive great customer service. After mom was done with credit union, she easily went to Jersey Mike's to have a waiting good ordered meal. lol It was Saturday, expect to wait next door. And, how I tested things too. lol

Amazing bank they keep in touch with you service is amazing every one is nice and straight forward! Im geting a car loan with this bank and let me tell u they have the best prices you cant beat! Maybe at the time ppl go in when its busy but with an appointment everything is smooth and its worth in the end !!! Very Happy Customer 😁👍will definitely look forward to a house loan in the future !!♡

I would really give this branch zero stars if possible. The customer service here is horrible. 7 people in the branch and 1 teller open. Standing in line for 20 minutes and one of the desk people helped the person behind me while i also had a straight deposit. If you have 4 people waiting inline common sense would be to stop texting on your phone and do your job.

I don't know where the bad reviews come from besides one time they were updating the app and I couldn't see my balance for 3 days the guy on the phone was rude. Aside from that bank been great I can spend my money without problems.

The worst bank ever! Every time I talk to someone they are extremely rude and of no help at all. I highly recommend to stay away from this bank. They are terrible. -1000 stars

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Not only are the employees so incredibly rude, but they will lie to you for no reason. Yesterday i called to conform that my account is available to withdraw money from and they told me I simply had to come in, and sign for my money. Today when I went into this bank, they did not take responsibly for the fact that one of their employees lied to me over the phone. They told me my money was not accessible EVEN THOUGH ITS MONEY I WORKED FOR And threatened to call 911 on me if I didn't leave. They where so disrespectful and so rude I am still in awe of the way I was treated. I drove an hour to this bank, and now I have no gas to get home even though THEY TOLD ME I can come get my money from simply signing. They kept repeating "it's not our fault", If THEIR employee tells me false information it actually is THEIR fault. Take some responsibily. I would never EVER come to this bank. Horrible !!!

We got a car loan with a great rate. They even had a car scout which helped us find the car we wanted at the price we could afford. All the paperwork was pushed through fast and easy. The service was fast and pleasant.

Nice People but the bank sucks. Deposited a check and took 3 days to clear. Then Romeena Fariyal sends us a letter saying she is closing our account for no reason. Buyer beware.

Their Saturday hours need to be longer ..not just to 1:00 pm ! ! not very customer friendly ..credit unions should be competitive with banks ...not even worth 1 star...back to Wells Fargo I go ....
