I have been a member for almost 20 years, service is getting terrible. I know they are trying to grow, but at cost of service to the members? I hate to say that some of commercial banks have better service than “Premier America CU”. Branches don’t answer their phone, and when you call 800 # they don’t announce themselves and give you attitude of - why are you calling us (this happened more than couple time to me - not an isolated case). It will be a hassle for me to move from them, but I am already thinking about it.

Small branch but very friendly tellers. Also a co-op branch so you can make deposits and do other banking from your other credit union here.

I usually use the Thousand Oaks branch, but I thought I would try the Westlake branch because it is closer to where I work. Unfortunately, the tellers were rude and not helpful with my payment transaction. I am a member over for over 30 years. I had to leave the Westlake branch and make my payment at the Thousand Oaks branch.
