The service with this company used to be off the chain- always excellent. It has severely diminished. In the process of becoming PCI compliant, I have learned that they have farmed everything out. Service has gone down the tubes. I will be changing processors.

Absolutely the worst company. A ton of people whom tell you one thing and then do another. I was quoted fees based off my previous YEAR worth of data and every single month there were new hidden fees. I was promised refunds which never happened. Use Braintree if you are online retailer they are 1000% better and easier and oh btw I didn't save a dime.

bad decision for my nail salon. too much money i dont make much and every month i pay more more more. i want cancel and they say no i sign contract. im gonna close my bank account and see how like me now. no one pays by card here i have no use but they dont understand that or care. I sign with Mike and he disappear on me, i no feel good about taking cards anymore.

Chosen Payments is the best Merchant Processing Service. Rich, Talia, and Erica are fantastic and saving us a considerable amount of money every month.

Top notch company! Extremely professional staff

Been trying for a month to update my merchant processing to a new account. I guess they use all sorts of third parties so my merchant login isn't on their site, I get emails from someone saying they are with TSYS.com then there email address is from globalpay.com, they can't get it done, very frustrating.

If you are chosen by chosen consider yourself ble.... Okay they left the room for a minute, RUN... don't walk RUN!! It's all lies, what processor has 5 stars anywhere? when dealing with people's money you will 100% of the time get some upset customers who will voice this online (as i am doing now). I don't know who you have to pleasure to have the Internet Gurus wipe and sterilize your product's reviews to get rid of the bad remarks but Jeff the CEO and Mike Lepore must have figured that out. Bait and switch tactics, just like everyone else in the end. prices are the same these days everywhere. Things got expensive quick! READ YOUR CONTRACT! make sure Chosen or any other processor is not locking you in forever, no auto renewals!! and make whomever YOU CHOOSE put terms to cancel with no fee anytime during the initial contract period if they are more expensive than your previous processor. Not that they will have a lower rate but that they will be less expensive. You don't want a $200 BS Fee on there "but hey look our rate is only .05% so we are way less on the rate than your previous" AKA, we own you! ....I hear foot steps, they're back... ssed to be part of this wonderful family, i'd give em all the stars! how's that guys, can I go home now? Will you release my family back to me?.... RUN!!

We recently opened a new music store in Myrtle Beach, SC and signed up with Chosen Payments as our processing company. There customer service has been incredible getting the credit card machine up and running and connected with MicroBiz (POS). I would highly recommend them to any other merchant.

I work here so I'm biased, but it's actually a great company!
