Total incompetency by the representative we were assigned. Based on other reviews, I suspect there are serious competency and service delivery issues relating to specific employees within this company because it sounds like you either have a 5 star experience, or a 1 star experience which would lead anyone with an ounce of intelligence to deduce that it is specific employees. Management is clearly not doing correct employee reviews, email monitoring, or training. That said, we were forced by our lender to use this company through a recent out of state vehicle purchase and it was an absolute nightmare. It truly felt like amateur hour. The representative had ridiculous working hours, NEVER answers or responds to phone calls, has weird excuses for under-performing, does not understand or has not been trained in proper business email etiquette, and presents herself as very daft. A process that would have taken me an afternoon or a few days max to complete has taken this dimwit close to 3 weeks to complete. But who knows, maybe management is the problem. Nonetheless, it's shocking such daft individuals retain jobs.

Precision is a great company to hire for your title needs. They are professional, accurate and very knowledgeable with all DMV title requirements. Do you want you time, money, energy and resources completely wasted then yes use this company. I was referred this company saying they have professional services to handle documentation to Texas. One of the worst consumer service I ever received. Left multiple voicemails for staff. Staff repeatedly said they never spoke to me or workes with me. I ended up driving 3 hours to retrieve paperwork onlyto have the staff fail me and my company. As a owner of 10 semi trucks i will never do business with this company ever again.

The staff at Precision are very helpful and nice. Very honest people, they helped same day when the DMV refused to and told us we had to go through the snail mail for something as simple as registration. The second I walked in the door and explained my problem the team used their combined knowledge to understand the problem and find the simple solution. We were out the door quicker than we could even get in the door with an appointment at the DMV which wants your money now but expects you to wait for simple service. Highly recommend Precision for their dedication and honesty.

Moved from Boston to LA and never transferred my plates to California. Found precision online, called and spoke with Daniel who answered all my questions so that I was able to walk in. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Daniel and the other people in the office were extremely friendly and all helpful. I would pay for their services any day Vs having to go to the dmv. Working as a commercial equipment broker I stayed away from doing doing deals that involved “titled vehicles/trucks” until I was referred to Adrian. He really knows what he’s doing, is extremely knowledable and has great service. He’s really done a lot to help me with my titled deals not just in CA but in other states as well.
