I have used Power Express both for myself and I have referred clients to them. I can confidently say they have always come through! In one case they they fixed a credit issue that no one else could. From start to finish they get the job done. If they take a deal, it will close. That is the reason so many realtors use them. The builder I have been working with sold a house directly to a buyer. She was using this mortgage company. They were suppose to close in the beginning of August when they got the C of O. It is now October 6th and the builder has just had to issue a 10 day time to close because no one at this point thinks they will come through. They were asked to send out an email to all involved in the deal as to what was still needed for the deal to close. No one received any communication. This is the worst mortgage company I have witnessed is 23 years in the real estate business. Stay away.

I had the worst experience with this mortgage company. They failed to deliver on time and refused to call anyone back. They are by far the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with.
