Power Credit Union US, Canon City

If you make the mistake to bank with Power credit union, Beware! They cashed a check that didn't have all the signatures, gave us the check back to mail to our Mortgage company. Turns out, they shouldn't have done either of those things, but then hold us responsible! The manager at the Canon City branch is unprofessional. She was complaining about my husband, to me. Not okay! I spoke with her manager and as it turns out, she was wrong. The main manager of all the branches said everything was their fault and they would deal with it, not us. Little too late in my opinion. We have taken our business elsewhere and suggest everyone do the same. We have banked there for over 10 years and this happened to us.

It saddens me to see some of these negative responses. Power Credit Union has been my credit union for over 10 years. Their current Branch Manager, Jen, is very professional and helpful. Each employee is very welcoming and does a great job identifying and catering to my unique needs. I have never had any issues and I reccomend them to anyone in search of a Credit Union.

Don't trust this institution that claims to "care"about their members. They have policies they neglect to inform people of. will leaving ASAP.

2 Saturdays now, I have sat at the drive thur for 10 minutes to deposit my check! No one else in the drive thru and it takes 10 minutes. For real, twice now! Very poor and extremely slow service on Saturdays!

I gave this power credit union 5/5 stars because the employees are friendly, atmosphere is welcoming.. Thanks guys! I appreciate everything you all do!!

I've had a checking/savings account with Power Credit Union for about three months. I've had no issues with them personally up until this month (07/2017) when I ran into issues with their overdraft system. Most other financial institutions will not consider a transaction "charged" until the funds have been removed from your account. Not Power Credit Union, even if the funds haven't been withdrawn they will still consider them as such and charge $30 overdraft fees (if the "Pledge/Hold" would put you over the limit). On days when you're paid and then have your bills come out, it's like reaping time for Power Credit Union and they can charge you you fees for pending transactions that haven't even happened yet. I would strongly encourage avoiding this customer-phobic credit union.

Inside Bank Robbers, literally, and rudest "customer service". They took my $$ and Bullied me when I "made a big deal about it". I opened up a SAVINGS account, not checking, and left $$$ in in there with them? They made up some rules of "fees" that ARENT in the paperwork that were never explained, and robbed me of my $$ and closed my account. When you put $$ in a bank you assume it's safe . Michelle and Kristi talked downed to me condescendingly as they stole my $$.....I might as well went into a bad neighborhood and got mugged.....from my personal experience , dont give your $$ to them and trust them with it, if you have an account there, Close it and hope they give you your $$ back.

Have had accounts with them for a couple of years now and they are wonderful people. Jen is amazing, helpful, and professional. I definitely recommend them for your loan needs.

The employees at the Pueblo location could definitely learn some custom service skills from the ladies at the Canon location, much nicer to deal with then the rudeness you receive from the ladies in Pueblo

They treat you like a person.not like you are not. I HAVE A GOOD IDEA OF THEM.
