Forget trying to get business done before you go to work. They don't open til 9 & that includes the drive-thru. They charge you $2 atm fee everytime the debit card fails on a transaction, $15 every time you need to move YOUR money from savings to checking or the other way. We've had an account with this bank for over 20 years & it just goes down hill more & more every day. The experienced tellers have retired or quit. The ones they have now don't have any idea what they're doing.

Why even bank at this establishment? There are many free banking apps out there that don't charge you a lung, plus not having to deal with the terrible management in PCCU is always a plus. James does not conduct himself professionally, he has nothing but greed in his heart, pray for this godless establishment.

Not very friendly. Made me stand a teller window for a half hour to open an account. Meanwhile there were 2 empty offices with chairs. No mobile banking. Teller didnt know anything about the app. When I asked she gave me this disgusted look and tells me she dont bank here. The place was clean. But 2 weeks later and I still dont have my debit cards. EDIT 1/22/2022 They charge you if you dont have enough money in your account. I got declined at Menards for 200 bucks as my check had yet to clear after 4 days. They charged me 2 bucks for declining it. WORST PLACE EVER.

Had a few so so experiences here. But the last experience was great customer service. Our teller went the extra mile to help with a problem. That alone speaks for itself. Thank you for caring for the customer.

Once again they put my deposit in someone else's account. This has happened a number of times. Only reason I stay with them is because I have been with then since 1998 and have my insurance through them for years. Only reason I stay!!

Paid off my loan. They had no idea they had my title When they did send me the title they sent to the wrong address. Now I’m stuck filing for lost title. Very unprofessional and are only worried about taking your money!

I dred having to deal with the counter people. Not friendly at all. Almost like your bothering them when you come inside to do a transaction.

If you need a loan don't waste your time. They evidently strictly go by your credit numbers not the fact that your pay is direct deposit from the Government not the fact that you've been a customer for over 50 years. We have paid off every loan we had in the past. The tellers immediately put you on hold as soon as they answer the phone.

We obtained a RV loan and the experience was awesome! Great rate, but more importantly the customer service was stellar. Leslie was the best!

This is the best place in the world to do banking business with. They are always willing to help and are very friendly! I wouldn't recommend any other bank or credit union to anyone!
