Filled out an application, was dealing with the company for 2 weeks in search of an apartment. I started a month ago, and all of sudden the apartment is off the market. No call, no text, not even an email on the approval or anything. Pretty sad. I'm not happy. I will not be interested in the assistance of this company. Just a BIG waste of TIME on my end.

Had a great experience with Ponte and Associates. Maria the receptionist was very friendly and also went above and beyond to hold one of my twins so I can sign paperwork. Steven Melo was amazing to work with very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ponte and Associates to family and friends.

This has got to be the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with! They waited until a few days before closing to reveal a bad title on the home I was purchasing! A bunch if crooks! Would take days to respond to high important emails and somehow 'misplaced' my good faith deposit! STAY AWAY1
