Troy City Mortgage makes buying a home or refinancing easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on the house I bought. I am self-employed with a cash business so we ran into some obstacles but David quickly came up with solutions and Ericka walked me through them. Ryan and Dave at Troy City were able to get me a rate 0.75% lower with lower closing costs and no points that I had buy than the second best of the four mortgage refinance offers from different banks. All three of the other offers were from traditional banks, and after this experience, I will never use a traditional bank again to get a mortgage. These guys here offer much better prices, and not only that but the entire process didn't involve me going to a physical location at all until I had to close, and even that was at a lawyer’s office. This is important to me because my wife has a compromised immune system as is very high risk. Troy City made the process seamless, and accommodated all my needs. The process was swift, and I couldn’t believe how much better of an offer that they presented. A+ all around.
